The Effects Of Heart Rate Variability(hrv)by Acupuncturing Left Waiguan Acupoint(sj3)of Patients With Cerebral Infarction At Convalescence Stage

Objective:Though acupuncturing the left waiguan acupoint of convalescent cerebral infarction patients,we explore the effects of acupuncturing waiguan acupoint on the disorder of autonomic nervous function of convalescent cerebral infarction patients for providing the evidence of clinical.Method:All 30 convalescent cerebral infarction patients meet the inclusion criteria were selected randomly from the wards of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 18 cases of male patients,12 cases of female patients.The mean age is 58.3±7.85 years old,the mean disease course is 47.07±14.81 days.Acupuncturing the waiguan acupoint of the subjects.Detecting the HRV index with dynamic electrocardiogram-medilog AR12 and recording the indicators,such as SDNN.VLF.LF.HF.and logLF/HF before acupuncturing(at the 5 minutes before acupuncturing)inserting needle,twirling the needle(10 minutes after inserting needle),withdrawing the needle(20 minutes after inserting needle),after acupuncturing(5 minutes after withdrawing the needle).The data analyze in non-parametric test by SPSS22.0 software.The result decreased significantly(p<0.05),decreased highly significantly(p<0.01).Results:1.Standard diviation of NN intervals(SDNN),comparing twirling the needle,withdrawing the needle and after acupuncturing with before acupuncturing,they decreased significantly(p<0.05).2.High Frequency(HF),comparing inserting needle,twirling the needle and after acupuncturing with before acupuncturing,they decreased significantly(p<0.05).3.Low Frequency(LF),comparing inserting needle,twirling the needle,withdrawing the needle and after acupuncturing with before acupuncturing,changed non-significantly(p>0.05).4.The logarithm of the ratio of low frequency power and high frequency power(logLF/HF),comparing inserting needle,twirling the ne’edle,withdrawing the needle and after acupuncturing with before acupuncturing,they decreased highly significantly(p<0.01).5.Very Low Frequency(VLF),comparing twirling the needle,withdrawing the needle and after acupuncturing with before acupuncturing,they decreased highly significantly(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Acupuncturing left waiguan acupoint can make the sympathetic nerve tension of cerebral infarction patients at the convalescence stage raised.2.Acupuncturing left waiguan acupoint can make the vagus nerve tension of cerebral infarction patients at the convalescence stage reduced.3.Acupuncturing left waiguan acupoint can adjust the balance of the sympathetic nerve and the vagus nerve of cerebral infarction patients at the convalescence stage.
