Clinical Observation On Efficacy Of Health Education Prescriptions Combined With Body-acupoint Embedding Treatmentin Treating Idiopathic Tinnitus

Objective: To look for an effective,convenient,simple and safe new method for the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus with characteristic Chinese medicine technology that is easy for patients to accept.Methods: There were 40 cases of idiopathic tinnitus patients,add personalized health education prescriptions,and randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A: ear door,shade wind,wind pool,taixi,kidney,blood and sea hole for burying line,once A week,four times A course of treatment.Group B: ear door,shade wind,wind pool,taixi,kidney,blood sea cave closed treatment,injection of vitamin B12 and lidocaine mixture.The next day,one session per session.The two groups were observed in parallel statistical analysis.Results: Body acupoints group was effective in 17 cases,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 85%;body acupoint injection group effective in 13 cases,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 65%,P value> 0.05,no statistical difference.However,there were significant differences between the two groups(P = 0.038),mid-term(P = 0.000)of uncomfortable VAS score,and P <0.05 at the end of body acupoints(P = 0.000).Conclusions: Health education prescriptions combined with body-acupoint embedding treatment of unilateral,no obvious hearing loss idiopathic tinnitus effect is certain,simple and easy,and no obvious side effects,further clinical application.
