Discussion On Academic Experiences On Prevention And Treatment Epidemic Infectious Diseases Of Longjiang TCM Doctors In The Republic Of China

During the period of the Republic of China,Longjiang TCM doctors have been some developments based on previous academic thoughts on prevention and treatment epidemic infectious diseases,in the process of practice,the skilled TCM doctors accumulated rich clinical experiences.This article combines with the special history,geography,social and environmental change in Heilongjiang province,take literature retrieval,analysis and comparison methods and so on.Through a comprehensive andsystematic analysis of works and literature which related to epidemic infectious diseases in the republic of China,it summarizes the academic experiences of Longjiang TCM doctors on prevention and treatment epidemic infectious diseases,and its characteristics are discussed.The main contents of this paper are divided into three parts.Firstly,the research background.Including the definition of the concept and category of the research object,explaining the research purpose and assignment,the development general situation of Longjiang traditional Chinese medicine in the republic of China was also introduced.Secondly,the experience of Longjiang TCM doctors on prevention and treatment epidemic infectious diseases in the republic of China.In this part,plague,diphtheria,cholera,scarlet fever,damp-warm syndrome,the five epidemic infectious diseases which are rampant popularly and typical in the republic of China,are taken as the key research objects.To discuss Longjiang TCM doctors’ cognize in the name of the epidemic,the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis during the period of the republic of China,and summarizes the experience on prevention and treatment.Thirdly,discussion.Through analysis and discussion,it is concluded that the academic characteristics of the prevention and treatment of epidemic infectious diseases by Longjiang doctors in the republic of China as follows:taking the disease as the outline and using flexible treatments;identify diseases according to human,geographical and climatic factors;drugs are changed according to clinical symptoms and are administered scientifically;both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are used to prevent diseases.The aim is to provide a useful reference for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in Chinese medicine.
