Case Report Analysis Of Biocompatibility Of Gingival Tissues In Aesthetic Repair

Objective: Anterior aesthetic area gingival soft tissue aesthetic effect has been more and more attention.In this thesis,we observed the morphological changes of gingiva during the aesthetic restoration of the anterior teeth,and discussed the clinical effect of biocompatibility of gingival tissues in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Method: 6 clinical cases of anterior teeth areas restorations were selected from February 2016 to December 2017 in the Department of Prosthodontics in Dalian Medical University Affiliated Dalian Stomatological Hospital.Among them,2 cases were affected by beautiful appearance of gums caused by original prosthesis;1 case of congenital discoloration due to the patient;1 case of patient was required to be repaired due to anterior defect;1 case of aesthetical defect due to loss of anterior teeth;2 case of anterior tooth crown fracture due to trauma.Aesthetic area of the restoration,is a good oral health on the basis of emphasis on and improve the appearance of a means of repair.The whole operation process is: Fully understand the subjective issues the patient wants to solve,Before the repair with the patient to communicate fully to explain to patients the situation of their teeth defect and the choice of a variety of repair program design,the treatment process may occur,the treatment cycle,Related costs and the expected future effect can be achieved.Use the digital camera to collect the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative imaging data of the patient with the consent of the patient.Before the repair of patients with oral examination of the mouth are normal.Ask patients if they have a systemic disease,understand the patient’s subjective requirements,and the desired aesthetic effect.Oral health education for patients,signed informed consent.Preoperative aesthetics analysis,production of aesthetics Wax type,so that patients can participate in the treatment design,and can see the initial visual effect clearly expected to facilitate communication between doctors and patients.Case inclusion criteria:⑴patients affected the aesthetic needs of the anterior teeth area to improve;⑵biological width is not damaged;⑶Loss of anterior teeth requires oval bridge fixed repair;⑷aesthetic dentition defect requires planting fixed repair;⑸The gingival sulcus is deep and gingival biotype;⑹Oral hygiene is good,teeth,periodontal health or well rooted.By aesthetical evaluation analysis and observation of the anterior teeth area,using temporary crown-induced gingival shape method,the gingival curve is coordinated and the stability of gingival soft tissue is good,and then permanent repair,to achieve a good aesthetic repair effect.While paying attention to the aesthetic effect,it is also important to restore the basic occlusal function of the oral cavity,ensuring that there is no bite interference in the middle,lateral and anterior extensor.So that restoration of abutment force has no effect on the restoration of long-term stability to maintain a good postoperative appearance.Preoperative and postoperative comparative analysis,through the repair 1 month,3 months,half a year and one year follow-up of restoration and oral maintenance of the situation and clinical efficacy of a comprehensive evaluation.Results: Through regular follow-up observation of each patient,the periodontal conditions were well maintained,the gingival soft tissue morphology was stable,no swelling and inflammation and other discomfort,there is no gingival recession phenomenon,gingival papilla full of prosthetic space,no black triangle,the patient repair Satisfactory results.Conclusion: Aesthetic area of the restoration is to restore the basic functions of oral based on access to an ideal aesthetic effect.The use of gingival biocompatibility in the aesthetic area for soft tissue shaping,to a certain extent,improve and improve the clinical effect of ametropia anterior restoration.
