| Objective:To observe the occurrence of acute gout attacks and investigate the possible mechanism and influencing factors in the patients with coronary heart disease after the coronary artery angiography and percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention. Methods:Enrolled the patients with coronary heart disease of cardiovascular ward in the first affiliated hospital of Xiamen University during 2014-01-01 and 2016-12-31.The patients were divided into three group.Group CAG:patients received coronary angiography;Group PCI::patients received PCI treatment;Control Group:the other patients which received neither CAG nor PCI treatment. The occurrence of acute gout attacks in each group were recorded.Factors of acute gout attacks with logistic regression were analyzed. Results:the incidence rate of acute gout attacks of the CHD patients during inpatient was 1.17%(54/4620),and there was statistical difference between PCI Group(2.01%,31/1545)and Control Group(0.42%,7/1644),between CAG Group(1.12%,16/1431)and Control Group. When divided into two groups according to acute gout attacks or not, statistical difference was showed between the gender difference(P=0.00),ratio of males and females is 26:1.And Independence T test showed statistical difference of the serum uric acid, that the acute gout attacks group(463.36±84.55mmol/L)higher than the without acute gout attacks group(383.28±105.72mmol/L).There are no statistical difference between two groups about the sex, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and renal insufficiency.logistic regression analysis showed that CAG/PCI,male,high lever of serum uric acid were significantly associated with acute gout attacks. Conclusion:the incidence rate of acute gout attacks of the CHD patients after CAG/PCI was higher than the Control Group.Male and patient with the higher serum uric acid were easier to have acute gout attacks. The risk factors of the acute gout attacks of CHD patients during inpatient were CAG/PCI,male and higher serum uric acid. |
