Purpose:To test the epidermal growth factor receptor EGFR and anaplastic lymphoma kinase ALK fusion gene mutation rate and expression rate in the patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and to analyze the relations between EGFR gene mutation and ALK fusion gene mutation or expression and clinical pathological characteristics,as well as the contact between EGFR gene mutation and ALK fusion gene mutation or expression.Methods:1.428 patients with invasive lung cancer who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Xia Men university from March 2013.to September 2017.And all pathological types were non-small cell lung cancer.2.The tissue specimens of 429 patients were examined by ARMS to detect the mutation of EGFR gene, and 117 of them were detected in 4 sites, and 312 were detected in 29 sites.3.The detection method of ALK fusion gene was fluorescence quantitative PCR(fq-pcr)and Ventana IHC(D5F3).4.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and the clinical characteristics and EGFR/ALK gene mutation or expression were analyzed by using either the chi 2 test or Fisher’s precise probability method.Results:1.429 cases of EGFR in lung cancer detected a positive rate of 40.56%,of which 117 were detected in 4 loci,28.21%in positive rate,312 in 29 sites, and 45.19%in positive rate.2.The positive rate of EGFR was 38.93%(146/375),and the ALK positive rate was 5.60%(21/375).<50 year old EGFR positive rate 51.85%(28/54),ALK positive rate 20.37%(11/54);ALK fusion gene mutation or expression was more likely to occur in young patients with significant statistical difference(P=0.001).3.Male EGFR test positive rate 29.96%(77/257),ALK test positive rate 4.28%(11/257);the positive rate of female EGFR was 56.40%(97/172),and the positive rate of ALK was 12.21%(21/172).4.The positive rate of the EGFR adenocarcinoma group was 50.47%(161/319),and the positive rate of the ALK adenocarcinoma group was 8.46%(27/319),which was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared,with the squamous cell carcinoma.5.There was a statistical difference in the histological subtype of adenocarcinoma in EGFR positive group(P<0.05).6.In this study,3 cases of EGFR and ALK were mutated simultaneously.Conclusion:1.there is a commonality between EGFR and ALK fusion gene mutation in NSCLC patients, that is,women and adenocarcinoma patients are more easily expressed in both.2.EGFR mutations are more likely to occur in patients with adherent, glandular and papillary adenocarcinoma.3.In this study,ALK gene abnormalities showed no specific pathological types.4.Mutations of EGFR and em14-alk can coexist.
