Clinical Research On Syndrome Differentiation Characteristics And Medication Rule Of Professor Yu Bin About Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Predominant Diarrhea

Objective By collecting the full prescription information of the outpatients of Professor Yu Bin with the symptom of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Predominant Diarrhea,using statistical analysis method to get the rules of the medicine prescription,focuses on finding out the medication rule and syndrome differentiation characteristics of Professor Yu Bin to the patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Predominant Diarrhea.Methods 1.During the graduate school,I studied the classics of ancient books,and traced the academic ideas of Professor Yu Bin,and learned the characteristics of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.2.Collecting the full prescription information(from September 1,2015 to December 31,2017,)of the outpatients of Professor Yu Bin with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Predominant Diarrhea,in the first affiliated hospital of Hu Nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.3.Using Microsoft Excel 2007 to establish the basic database and pivot-table,application of IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software and IBM SPSS statistics 22.0 software,using Apriori model modeling and clustering analysis to obtain the common drug regimen,finding out the medication rule of Professor Yu Bin to the patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Predominant Diarrhea.Results The study included 162 cases,collected 388 prescriptions,the treatment involves 103 flavors and 14 classes of traditional Chinese medicine,total medication frequency are 6029 times.Among them,8 flavor is the use frequency that more than50% of TCM,they are Atratylodes macrocephala,Radix paeoniae,Perocarpium citri reticulatae,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Radix aucklandiae,Rhizoma coptidis,Liquorice,Radix puerariae,which are the core medicine of the treatment.the most frequency use of drug classification is tonify medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal;the top three meridian entry including spleen,stomach,liver.The most frequency of TCM patterns including Pattern of dampness-heat,Pattern of insufficiency of thekidney-yang,Pattern of deficiency of spleen and stomach.Ten pairs of common drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusions Professor Yu Bin pay attention to the role of spleen meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian in the IBS-D,and propose which stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is the central pathological mechanism.In the ideas of treatment,Professor Yu Bin emphasize differentiation of disease in combination with Syndrome differentiation.Tongxieyao formula;smooth the liver and regulate the spleen is the basic prescription and therapeutic principle.The most frequency of TCM patterns including Pattern of dampness-heat,Pattern of insufficiency of the kidney-yang,Pattern of deficiency of spleen and stomach,the commonly used formula including:Gegen Qinlian Decoction,Sishen Pill,Shenling Baizhu Powder.
