With the deterioration of modern living environment and the change of lifestyle, the incidence of cancer has increased year by year.Breast cancer as one of them has become one of the deadliest killers threatening women's health.Although traditional methods such as surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy have achieved rapid development, the cost of treatment is high, the treatment process has great damage to patients and the therapeutic effect is stagnant.Microwave hyperthermia as a more effective treatment is being vigorously developed. It is minimally invasive, little side effects, safe and effective. It plays a very important role in improving the survival rate and quality of life of patients.First designed an efficient microwave hyperthermia system. The system works at 433MHz and consists of power sources, radiators, human phantoms, matching dielectric layers, and feed networks. The system uses an annular microstrip array antenna as a radiator.A human equivalent model multi-layer matched dielectric layer was optimized by using the transfer matrix method. The optimal excitation distribution required for targeted therapy is obtained by optimizing the power transmission efficiency between the transmitting and receiving antennas. The simulation and experimental test results show that the system enables energy to be efficiently coupled to the target area and has high energy efficiency. In addition, the system has a focusing function in the case of single tumors and multiple tumors, showing that the microwave hyperthermia system has a good focussing therapy characteristic.Secondly, physical modeling of the human breast was performed, the focusing performance of the array under different unit arrangement patterns was comparatively analyzed for high-fat type breasts.A targeted hyperthermia antenna system working at 2.45 GHz was designed for thick breasts. The phantom of the breast and matching medium is designed and formulated. The optimal excitation distribution of the targeted therapy is optimized using the maximum power transmission efficiency method and the feed network is designed. Finally, the system is set up and the focal plane of the target is normalized.SAR is measured. The simulation and measured results show that the designed target antenna system has an accurate target focusing capability.
