| Objective:In this paper,by using randomized controlled methods,observe that the changes of serum CEA levels,clinical symptoms and signs,quality of life,safety,and the occurrence of side effects of chemotherapy were observed in the patients treated with Yangyin Yifei decoction combined with chemotherapy.It provides more references for the treatment of non－small cell lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods:Choose 50 patients with advancced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(Yangyin Yifei decoction combined with chemotherapy)and control group(25 patients in each group).The changes of serum tumor marker CEA and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups before and 5-6 weeks period.Results:The level of CEA in the treatment group and the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and after treatment,the level of CEA in the treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The KPS score,clinical symptoms and weight were improved compared with those before treatment both the two group(p<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group.3.On the effects on the function of liver and kidney,there are no obvious difference between the two group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangyin Yifei decoction combined with chemotherapy significantly reduces the level of serum tumor marker CEA in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer2.Yangyin Yifei decoction can improve the quality of Life of patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.3.Yangyin Yifei decoction has no adverse effect on leukocyte and liver and kidney function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. |
