Clinical Observation Of Scalp Clustery Acupunctuer Treatment Phase Ⅰ Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:By studying the relevant literature data of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke and deepen the understanding of the disease,and on this basis to explore the traditional body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture on shoulder Shoulder syndrome after stroke treatment,thus I shoulder Shoulder syndrome treatment to provide more accurate and more effective acupuncture treatment.Methods:Ninety patients with I-stage shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were selected and randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group,which were respectively treated as treatment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ group and control group.Among them,Treatment,group II to acupuncture points acupuncture + traditional body acupuncture therapy,the control group given traditional body acupuncture.In the research process,other variables were excluded from the interference.The VAS score,FMA score and upper limb edema were set as the clinical evaluation indexes in the control experiment.All the research data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in general information such as age and course of disease,and the overall study was comparable.The VAS scores,FMA scores and limb edema were compared between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in overall clinical treatment(p<0.01).Conclusion:1,scalp acupuncture therapy can quickly relieve post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in patients with stage I pain symptoms,improve upper limb movement,speed up the recovery rate of patients,improve patient confidence in treatment and compliance,and improve patients’ ability to exercise limbs,comprehensive The treatment effect is good.2.After scalp acupuncture therapy,the VAS scores of shoulder hand syndrome patients after I-stroke were significantly increased,the simplified Fug-Meyer motor function score improved,the activities of shoulder joint were significantly improved,and the symptoms of upper limb edema were obvious Ease,the overall treatment is better than traditional body acupuncture.
