| 【Aims】To investigate the expression of protein B7H1 and PD-1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)microenvironment, and their relationship with clinicopathological features and progression of NSCLC.【Materials and methods】Fresh tissue samples were acquired from 42 patients with NSCLC after operation.,including 42 tumor tissues, and 23 tumor adjacent tissues. Then,we quantified the total protein with The BCA Protein Assay Kit and quantified B7H1、PD-1 protein with ELISA in samples.【Results】1.We found that protein B7H1 expressions in tumor tissues were a little higher than those in tumor adjacent tissues.however, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between them.Meanwhile, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between protein PD-1in tumor tissues and those in tumor adjacent tissues.2.Analysing protein B7H1 and PD-1 expression level relationship with clinicopathological characteristics,we found that no statistically significant differences in sex, clinical stages and prognosis of patients with NSCLC were found in both protein B7H1 and PD-1.3.Analysing the expression of protein B7H1 level relationship with clinicopathological characteristics,we found that protein PD-1 expression level have statistical difference in T level.4.Analyzing the expression of protein B7H1 level with 13 chemotactic factors,we found that there were associations between MIP-1α、MIP-1β and B7H1,meanwhile there were no associations between chemotactic factors with PD-1.【Conclusion】1.Protein B7H1 expressions in tumor tissues in NSCLC were a little higher than those in tumor adjacent tissues.2.Protein B7H1 expressions in NSCLC have no association with sex, clinical stages and prognosis of patients.3.Protein PD-1 expression level have statistical difference in T level, while they have no relationship with sex, clinical and prognosis of patients.4.Protein B7H1 expressions in NSCLC have association with level of MIP-1α 、MIP-1βin tumor tissues. |
