Therapeutic Effect Of Baihegujin Decoction Combined With Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis(yin Defiviency Of Lung Type)

Objective To observe and check the therapeutic effect of Baihegujin decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis(yin defiviency of lung type).To compare the clinical effects of three different therapies: western medicine,Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection on chronic bronchitis(yin defiviency of lung type).Methods The study included 71 cases chronic bronchitis(yin defiviency of lung type)patients,randomly divided into western medicine group,Chinese medicine group,and Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group.Western medicine group: Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules: three times a day,two capsules each time.If combined infection,additive use appropriate amount of antibiotics.Levofloxacin tablets can be properly used: one tablet,one time a day.Chinese medicine group: treated by Baihegujin decoction: twice a day after meals,one package with 200 ml.Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group: on the basis of the treatment of the Chinese medicine group with acupoint injection.With 5ml syringe,extraction of Sterile Water Injection,were inserted into patients with Dingchuanxue and Kongzuixue,after the gas pumping without blood,the injection of Sterile Water Injection 2ml.Injection frequency: three times a week,injection the next day.The treatment of three groups were lasted for two coures,each course has 14 days.Before treatment,7 days after treatment,14 days after treatment and 1 month of follow-up,the main symptoms of chronic bronchitis and TCM symptpm scores changed were observed and recorded in both groups.Before treatment,14 days after treatment and 1 month of follow-up,the Leicester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ)were observed and recorded in both groups.The LCQ questionnaire which were evaluated the effects of cough on the quality of life.Results The clinical efficacy: 14 days after treatment the western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group total effective rates were 62.50%,82.61%,91.67%.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.0167);the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than western medicine group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.0167).The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group was slightly higher than the Chinese medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.0167).The main symptoms of chronic bronchitis: 14 days after treatment,the scores of individual symptoms of cough in the three groups were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).Among them,the single symptom scores of cough in the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group were significantly lower than those in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).1 month of follow-up,there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group and the Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),which were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the western medicine group and the intervention before treatment(P>0.05).The LCQ questionnaire,during the treatment and follow-up period,the total LCQ score of the western medicine group during the treatment period was significantly higher than before the intervention,but the follow-up period compared with the intervention before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total scores of the LCQ questionnaires of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group and the Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.05).Compared with groups,LCQ total scores of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection group and the Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of western medicine group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with acupoint-injection therapy and Chinese medicine therapy are better than conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis(yin defiviency of lung type)and improvement of the quality of life.The former two functions are basically the same,but the therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection tends to be better.
