| Objective: Through the 97 cases of phlegm dampness type transient ischemic attack in patients with Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction combined with the clinical efficacy of eye needle to explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of transient ischemic attack advantage and application prospect.Methods:The subjects were from January 1,2017 to November 14,2017.Attend the Department of Neurology,Dalian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital diagnosed as transient ischemic attack and in line with the "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine" on the phlegm in the stasis type resistance type Of the 100 patients,of which the diagnostic criteria for transient ischemic attack with reference to the 2011 version of "Chinese expert consensus on transient ischemic attack" [1].97 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,that is,the observation group of 49 patients and the control group of 48 patients.The control group was given anticoagulant,lipid-lowering therapy and the basic treatment of combined disease.Observation group was given anticoagulant,lipid-lowering and basic disease treatment,plus service Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(Pinellia,Atractylodes,Gastrodia 20 g,dried tangerine peel,Poria 15 g,Chuanxiong,safflower,Salvia,Zhigancao the 10g)And eye acupuncture treatment.In this study,the standard of acupoints for acupoints is derived from the currently accepted "acupuncture point of China" [2],that is,the focal area,the spleen area and the liver area are taken in this study.1 day,7 days for a course of treatment.Two groups were treated 2 courses.TheTCM symptom scores,vertigo disability scale(DHI)scores and the vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA)were collected before and after treatment.The average blood flow velocity(Vm),and then use SPSS version 24.0 statistical software,statistical differences between the two experimental results were statistically significant..Results:1.TCM symptom score: two groups of patients with TCM symptom score before treatment,the observation group and the control group of Chinese medicine symptom scale score after statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting comparable;After statistics,the two groups after treatment for 2weeks,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups were effective after treatment;the total effective rate was 91.84% in the observation group,the control group Efficiency of 60.42%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the observation group of Chinese medicine more effective.2.Comparison of DHI score: before treatment,the observation group and the control group after the vertigo disability score analysis(P> 0.05),there is no statistical significance,suggesting comparable;after 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group,The score of vertigo disability in the control group was significantly different from that before treatment(P <0.05),which indicated that both groups were effective after treatment;the effective rate of the observation group was 79.59% and the control group was 58.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant Significance(P <0.05),indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group.3.Transcranial Doppler(TCD)ultrasound examination before treatment,the observation group and control group before treatment,left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery,basilar artery mean velocity,after analysis(P> 0.05),no(P <0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the average blood flow velocity in the left vertebral artery,the right vertebral artery and the basilar artery in the observation group and the controlgroup were significantly different from those before treatment(P <0.05)The results showed that both groups could accelerate the average blood flow velocity after treatment.The mean blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery,the right vertebral artery and the basilar artery after the treatment in both groups showed significant difference(P <0.05),The observation group,the average blood flow accelerated more significantly.4.Adverse reactions evaluation: In the course of this study,two groups of patients did not appear as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:TCM symptoms,vertigo disability,bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery flow velocity in patients with phlegm-dampness type transient ischemic attack treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with eye needle can be significantly improved. |
