| Objective: To select 10 cases of endodontic diseases and periapical periodontitis, and to provide some evidence for clinical treatment through one-time root canal therapy combined with ultrasonic irrigation. Methods:The subjects selected from August 2015 to December 2017,a total of 10 cases of pulpitis and apical periodontitis were treated by a one-time root canal therapy.Patients under local anesthesia, the pulp cavity was expanded, rubber barrier was installed, the working length of root canal was measured, and the needle patch.Pro Taper S1 S2 was taken to expand the root tip 1/3 and K3 to prepare the middle and lower part of the root canal. The root canal was washed with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution combined with ultrasonic washing and 17% EDTA terminal flushing.Wet,dry, hot gum filling, remove rubber barrier, take root filling film X-ray shows filling.Cement bottom, resin filling.Adjust and polish.Patients were told to return to the hospital six months after surgery and one year after operation. Results: Six months after surgery and one year after surgery, patients were followed up and recovered well. The X-ray showed that the original apical lesions were significantly smaller and tended to heal, and the treatment was successful. Conclusion: One-time root canal therapy combined with ultrasonic irrigation for pulp and periapical diseases can effectively control infection and promote the healing of diseased tissues.One-time root canal therapy reduces the frequency and pressure of seeing a doctor and is easy to be accepted by the patient,so it is worth popularizing. |
