| Schisandra chinensis is the dried mature fruit of schi Sandra chinansis(Turcz.)Baill.of Magnoliaceae,which has the effects of astringing astringency,invigorating qi,promoting fluid production,tonifying kidney and calming heart.It can be used for relieving cough and dyspnea,spontaneous sweating,night sweat,thirst due to Tianjin injury.thirst due to internal heat,and palpitation and insomnia.Schisandra chinensis is currently used for liver protection and liver protection,and it has less application for chronic cough and asthenia asthma.The folk often soak the Fructus Schisandra with water,but not mashed or chopped,and the acid composition is more soluble,and the effective components of the lignans can not be dissolved well,so that its antitussive and antiasthmatic effect can not be well reflected.Therefore,on the basis of the comprehensive extraction of the effective components of Schisandra chinensis,this paper develops a portable,sour and sweet palate Schisandra effervescent tablet,which is used for prevention and treatment of diseases such as asthenia and long cough.Firstly,Schisandra chinensis effervescent tablets are prepared by an acid-base separation granulation method.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the ratio of effervescent disintegrant(sodium bicarbonate:citric acid),the total mass of effervescent disintegrant and the amount of polyethylene glycol(peg)6000.the optimum ratio of the materials was determined as follows;sodium bicarbonate 34%,Schisandra chinensis extract powder 26%,citric acid 21%,lactose 14%,polyethylene glycol(PEG)60005%.Secondly,comprehensive evaluation of Schisandra effervescent tablets was made from disintegration degree,solubility,pH value,weight difference and appearance.The average weight of Schisandra effervescent tablets prepared under the optimal process was(0.5±0.01)g.the average disintegration time was 58s,and the mean value of pH of the aqueous solution of Schisandra effervescent tablets was 5.8±0.3,which were all in accordance with the provisions of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The effervescent tablet prepared from Schisandra chinensis extract has good appearance,and its body is light pink with uniform color and rapid disintegration.After dissolving,the solution is clear and transparent and is weak acidity.The TLC was used for the identification of schisandrin in effervescent tablets.The results showed that the TLC identification spots were clear and easy to argue,the specificity was strong,the stability was feasible,and the negative control solution had no interference.Objective to establish a HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin in Schisandra effervescent tablets.A methodological study on the determination of schisandrin in Schisandra effervescent tablets was carried out.It was proved that the method has high accuracy and good stability.It can be used as the content determination of the alcohol a of Schisandra effervescent tablet with the content of 1.96.Finally,the asthmatic rat model was established to study the effects of Schisandra effervescent tablets on lung and kidney.The effects of Schisandra effervescent tablets on lung and kidney were observed and evaluated by observing the general condition of the lung and the pathological tissues of the adrenal glands.The aqueous extract of Schisandra effervescent tablet has protective effects on injecting ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide in lung and adrenal gland.The results showed that the lung organ was significantly relieved after ovalbumin plus aluminum hydroxide stimulation and ovalbumin atomization.Compared with the model control group,the bailing capsule group and Schisandra chinensis group had a certain protective effect on the lungs of the rats induced by asthma.It can improve the lung disease caused by asthenia asthma and the adrenal gland lesions caused by kidney yang deficiency.Therefore,it can be proved that Schisandra chinensis has a wide range of pharmacological actions and has an impact on many systems of the body.These effects not only provide a theoretical basis for the use of Schisandra effervescent tablets to collect lung and kidney,but also have a clear indication of the location of the disease,and even have great practical significance for the prevention of disease.The modern medicine experiments have proved that Fructus Schisandrae has extensive pharmacological action and has an influence on many systems of the body.Therefore,the research on the development of Schisandra unfolding system,especially the pharmacological research,can find its great pharmacological potential,which is beneficial to the development of more new drugs for this material and further promote Chinese herbal medicine.Research。In conclusion,this article made Schisandra chinensis fruit into effervescent preparations which are easy to carry and taste good.The quality evaluation method and quality standard were established to clarify the pharmacological effects of invigorating lung and kidney.It provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as asthenia asthma and chronic cough. |
