| Objective:Precious metal has strong absorption to X ray. When X ray penetrates tissues and organs, the area of gold enrichment will show high density image,so gold can enhance CT imaging.Among them, gold nanorods are widely concerned because of their advantages of easy synthesis, adjustable size, stable chemical properties and so on.However, the stabilizer CTAB on the surface of gold rod has potential toxicity. In order to overcome this problem,we choose the biocompatible and low toxic polydopamine to coat the gold nanorods, which greatly reducing the biological toxicity. Then, the gold nanorods coated with polydopamine were applied to the diagnosis of chronic obstructive sialoadenitis, and in the rat model, the X-ray enhanced imaging function was successfully applied to the diagnosis. In this paper,in order to get a good X-ray contrast agent with good contrast effect and low toxicity,we evaluated the preparation, morphology, structure, contrast ability, toxicity and histopathology of polydopamine coated gold nanorods.Method:1.preparation of gold nanorods coated with polydopamine shell2.the morphology analysis and structural analysis of the gold nanorods coated with polydopamine shell3.the gold nanoparticles coated with poly(dopamine)shell were analyzed for X ray radiography,in vitro toxicity analysis,in vivo salivary gland angiography, diagnosis and histopathological analysis.Result:The 1.prepared polydopamine coated gold nanorods have a uniform size, stable morphology and dispersion, and the preparation process is simple and green. The 2.prepared polydopamine coated gold nanorods have good X-ray radiography ability. The higher the concentration, the better the effect. The 3.prepared polydopamine coated gold nanorods have low toxicity and have good biocompatibility. Conclusion:the prepared polydopamine coated gold nanorods are stable and dispersive, low toxicity and good X-ray radiography, and have good application potential. |
