Purpose: To analyze the characteristics and proportion of each syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and their correlations with risk factors by investigating the characteristics of coronary heart disease syndromes,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: The cross-sectional epidemiological investigation method was used in this study to record patients' general conditions, medical history, combined risk factors, specific symptoms, tongue pictures, pulse conditions, etc.Based on the survey results, data were statistically analyzed, and cluster analysis was used to assess the types of syndromes and to study the incidence rules and characteristics of syndromes in CHD patients with congenital fell cold syndrome.Result: A total of 193 patients were investigated and there were 139 males and 54females:1.According to the cluster analysis of the main clinical four diagnostic elements in 193 patients, discrimination results were as follows:Among all the CHD patients, the number of CHD patients that accords with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was the highest and accounted for23.8%,and then followed by syndrome of stagnation of endogenous retention of phlegm(cold type)(16.1%),phlegm-turbidity and heat-transmission(13.5%),congenital fell cold syndrome(12.4%),qi stagnation and blood stasis(11.9%),heart and kidney-yin deficiency(10.4%)and heart and kidney-yang deficiency(9.8%),and the last was syndrome of cold coagulation which only accounted for 2.1%.2.The risk factors of the 193 CHD patients were ranked as follows: male, concomitant hypertension, smoking history, drinking history, concomitant diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cerebrovascular disease and hyperuricemia.Among all these patients,54.9% patients combined with hypertension,of whom, proportion of heart and kidney-yin deficiency was the highest, reaching 70.0%,and 24.4% patients combined with diabetes, and 15.0% with hyperlipidemia,of whom, syndrome of phlegm-turbidity and heat-transmission accounted for38.5%.According to chi-square test, there was no statistical significance between risk factorsand whether CHD patients with congenital fell cold syndrome(p>0.05).3.There were significant difference between patients with congenital fell cold syndrome and patients with heart and kidney-yang deficiency in syndrome elements such as medical history about some symptoms such as got a feet cold, abdominal pain and enuresis when he was 16 years old or got a feet cold, dysmenorrhea when she was 14 years old, xerostomia, thin tongue coating, susceptible sigh, dark purple lips, upset, polypnea, dark purple tongue, cold sweat, fatigue, tingling, digestive symptoms, more phlegm, slow pulse, yellow urine, thick greasy tongue coating, color pale lip, slippery tongue coating, dull complexion, stickiness, sublingual collateral tortuosity, white phlegm, bitter taste, tenderness of joints, acid reflux,etc.(p<0.05).Of all the syndromes above, medical history about some symptoms such as got a feet cold, abdominal pain and enuresis when he was 16 years old or got a feet cold, dysmenorrhea when she was 14 years old, xerostomia, thin tongue coating, susceptible sigh, dark purple lips, upset, tingling, medical history about digestive system when the patient was 35 to 40 years old, yellow urine, stickiness, bitter taste and acid reflux were more likely to occur in patients with congenital fell cold syndrome, while, polypnea, dark purple tongue, cold sweat, fatigue, more phlegm, slow pulse, thick greasy tongue coating, color pale lip, slippery tongue coating, dull complexion, sublingual collateral tortuosity, white phlegm and tenderness of joints were more likely to occur in patients with heart and kidney-yang deficiency.Conclusion:1.Among all the CHD patients, the proportion of CHD patients with congenital fell cold syndrome accounted for 12.4%,proportions of other syndromes were qi deficiency and blood stasis(23.8%),stagnation of endogenous retention of phlegm(cold type)(16.1%),phlegm-turbidity and heat-transmission(13.5%),qi stagnation and blood stasis(11.9%),heart and kidney-yin deficiency(10.4%),heart and kidney-yang deficiency(9.8%)and cold coagulation(2.1%).2.The risk factors for CHD patients were ranked as follows: male, concomitant hypertension, smoking history, drinking history, concomitant diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cerebrovascular disease and hyperuricemia.Among all these patients,54.9% patients combined with hypertension,of whom, proportion of heart and kidney-yin deficiency was thehighest, reaching 70.0%,and 24.4% patients combined with diabetes, and 15.0% with hyperlipidemia,of whom, syndrome of phlegm-turbidity and heat-transmission accounted for38.5%.According to chi-square test, there was no statistical significance between risk factors and whether CHD patients with congenital fell cold syndrome(p>0.05).3.Compared with heart and kidney-yang deficiency, medical history about some symptoms such as got a feet cold, abdominal pain and enuresis when he was 16 years old or got a feet cold, dysmenorrhea when she was 14 years old, xerostomia, thin tongue coating, susceptible sigh, dark purple lips, upset, tingling, medical history about digestive system when the patient was 35 to 40 years old, yellow urine, stickiness, bitter taste and acid reflux were more likely to occur in patients with congenital fell cold syndrome, while, polypnea, dark purple tongue, cold sweat, fatigue, more phlegm, slow pulse, thick greasy tongue coating, color pale lip, slippery tongue coating, dull complexion, sublingual collateral tortuosity, white phlegm and tenderness of joints were more likely to occur in patients with heart and kidney-yang deficiency.
