| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of huoxue detumescence prescription irrigation on limb swelling after ischemic stroke and evaluate its effectiveness.Method: To Observe 72 cases of limb swelling after ischemic stroke patients,in diagnosis and treatment,on the basis of conventional treatment,treatment group used in our hospital encephalopathy to collapse of activating blood detumescence stains treatment,control group to the thermotherapy treatment.After 14 days of treatment,changes in center circumference(main evaluation index),limb swelling evaluation,limb function evaluation and NIHSS score were observed.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and efficacy of this prescription for treatment of limb swelling after ischemic stroke.Results: After a period of treatment clinical observation,swelling in the center surrounded degree change results show that the experimental group average from 50.54 cm to50.54 cm,the control group average from 51.13 cm to 51.13 cm,experimental group than the control group curative effect is distinct,and no adverse events,safe and effective.Conclusion: The observation results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the slump treatment was more effective than the warm treatment. |
