Tonifying Qi And Nourishing The Kidney In The Treatment Of Elderly Women Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections(Kidney Empty Damp Heat Syndrome) Clinical Research

Purpose: Objective evaluation subject aimed at replenishing qi zi kidney through leaching method in the treatment of elderly women recurrent urinary tract infections(kidney empty damp heat syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety,to clarify the law in improving TCM symptoms,to improve clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate of the treatment effect.Method: This study selected elderly female patients who were diagnosed with recurrent urinary tract infections and syndromes of kidney deficiency and dampness,Randomized grouping was used in 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 in the control group,The treatment group was given Yishen Dalin Decoction(Lysimachia lanceolata 30 g,Ligustrum lucidum 12 g,heterophylla 15 g,habitat 15 g,light bamboo 10 g,lotus root 10 g,plantain 10 g,Alisma 10 g,alfalfa 10 g,motherwort 15 g,silver Bupleurum 5g,Achyranthes 10g),Control group given compound Shiwei tablets,15 days of treatment,Observed the improvement of symptoms,recurrences,and changes in urine of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparison of the total curative effect of two groups of TCM syndromes after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.56%,the treatment group and the control group were different(p<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.2.Urine leukocyte count,bacterial count treatment before and after group and after treatment group(p<0.05),there are statistical significance;White blood cell count(high magnification)treatment group before and after treatment and the comparison between the two groups(p<0.05),statistically significant;The control group had no statistical significance before and after treatment(p>0.05);Bacterial count(high magnification),Leukocyte classification 2 treatment before and after the group comparison(p<0.05),statistically significant;There was no statistically significant difference between groups(p>0.05)after treatment.Conclusion: Yiqi nourishing kidney and dredging therapy has significant effect on improving TCM symptoms of old women with recurrent urinary tract infection,and the treatment group is better than the control group.In the aspects of improving the count ofleukocyte,counting the white cell(high field of vision)and the count of bacteria,the clinical effect is accurate.After the treatment,the two groups have good short-term effect,and the long-term effect is good,illustrate this shows that this method has a therapeutic effect in reducing the recurrence rate and improving the cure rate.
