Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect On The Cure Of PCOS Infertility With Acupuncture After Pulse Diagnosis And Its Correlation With Meridian Energy

ObjectivesThe subject surveyed the clinical effect on acupuncture after pulse diagnosis to cure Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type of obese PCOS infertility,which would provide new treatment ideas on obese PCOS infertility as well as improve the clinical curative effect.In the meantime,this research observed the characteristics of the meridian energy of infertile patients caused by obese PCOS,so as to explore the imbalance of main and collateral channels;and explored the feasibility of the hands well acupuncture points’ thermal value as clinical curative effect evaluation index,which would guide the treatment of Acupuncture after pulse diagnosis,promote the clinical application of thermal measurement.MethodsApplication of DME principles and methods,this study used the clinical randomized controlled trials and then chosed 45 patients of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type of obese PCOS,randomly divided into the treatment group of acupuncture after pulse diagnosis(25 cases,observation group)and the control group of no acupuncture after pulse diagnosis(25 cases,control group),to analyze the two groups’ transformation between before and after treatment of BMI,BBT,ovulation,pregnancy and TCM symptoms,thermal measurement imbalance between hands well acupuncture points.ResultTwo groups of post-treatment clinical signs improved and compared the two groups of BBT and ovulation after treatment had significant variation(P<0.05).In the two groups post-treatment TCM symptom score decreased,but thecomparison of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05),namely,in improving symptoms of TCM,the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.BMI in both groups after treatment were falling,but the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Observation group’s effective rate of reduce weight after treatment was 72.7%,and control group’s was 52.2%,and the difference among the two groups’ had no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).Observation group’s pregnancy rate was 31.8%,control group’s was 17.4%.The pregnancy rate in both groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups’ situation of thermal measurement imbalance between hands well-points was improved,and that observation group could more effectively improve the temperature imbalance between hands positive well-points than the control group’s.Within the two groups’ comparison after treatment,most of all had significant difference(P <0.05),but between the two groups’ comparison after treatment,there was no significant difference basically(P>0.05).ConclusionThe cure of Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness character of obese PCOS infertility with acupuncture after pulse diagnosis has good curative effect,which can increase ovulation rate,improve the basal body temperature situation and clinical symptoms as well as the temperature imbalance between hands positive well-points.The hands well acupuncture points as a clinical curative effect evaluation index is feasible,which can guide acupuncture after pulse diagnosis to cure PCOS.
