| ObjectiveThis study on patients who conforms to diagnosis standard of steroid acne for analysis of clinical data,and to meet the inclusion criteria and voluntary patients participating in clinical trials of drug therapy,using simple randomized controlled single blind method,to observe the effect of Wendan Decoction Combined with Withdrawal of hormone therapy in the treatment of steroid withdrawal acne(bravery stomach rift type).In order to provides train of thought for prevention and treatment of the disease.MethodsThis study is inclued two parts,one is collect the clinical data of patients that form the Department of Dermatology of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were diagnosed with steroid acne between 2017.1-2018.1,through questionnaires and analyzed statistically,the second to meet in accordance with the standards and voluntary participation in clinical trials were simple random grouping method is divided into the treatment group and control group in the two groups,each group of 26 cases,two groups of patients were first to stop using the product for external use only 2 weeks later,the treatment group to wendan tang granules oral,control to minocycline oral.According to the criteria evaluation before treatment,treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks after the score,and followed up after one month,to determine the clinical curative effect.Result1.Among 116 patients who met the diagnostic criteria,there were 97 female patients and 19 male patients.The female: male = 5.1:1,the number of women was significantly more than that of men,and the age was 20-30 years old(75% of the total number).2.Involved topical products is divided into 6 types,respectively for the direct use of hormone ointment class 36 cases(31%),involving the ointment,more than 10 kinds of;Using cosmetics,sun protection products of 27 cases(23.2%),involved more than 30 varieties of brand;Use of skin care and cleaning products,58 cases(50%),involving more than 40 kinds of brand;Using beauty salon homemade products 23 cases(19.8%);Using a hospital,clinic,hospital preparation in 5 cases(4.3%);Use aloe vera gel(50.8%).Among them,at the same time,use at least two topical products in 78 patients(68.1%)patients.3.In the experiment of two groups of patients,after stop using topical products used in 2 weeks,the average detected points are increased,and the points difference before and after treatment were negative,combined with statistical tests,two groups of patients could be judged in withdrawal reaction after 2 weeks.4.In the experiment of two groups of patients,at the end of the course,namely into the group after 6 weeks,P values within the group to compare two group were less than 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,prompt treatment of 6 weeks after treatment two group were effective,the independent sample t-test to compare between groups,t=0.387,P=0.7>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,the tip is compared between two groups in the group after 6 weeks,two groups of curative effect.5.In the experiment of two groups of patients,the treatment group total effectiveness 65.38%,control group 57.69%,by the Wilcoxon test,p=0.456,p>0.05,the total effective rate of the two groups has no statistically significant difference,prompt treatment the curative effect of treatment group and control group.Conclusion1.The distribution of the disease has certain characteristics,and the age and sex of the patients are different.The main cause of the disease is related to the low cognition and vigilance of the hormone,and the effect of staying up,stress and emotion is also affected to some extent.2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined hormone steroid withdrawal method to treat Steroid acne with minocycline combined hormone steroid withdrawal method to treat Steroid acne is equivalent.But in clinical application,compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of low price and less side effect.It is worth popularizing. |
