The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of (Liver-kidney Deficiency Pattern) Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated With Acupuncture Therapy Of Dredging Governor Vessel And Regulating Mentality

ObjectiveIn according to find the clinical effect and mechanism of acupuncture treatment of dredging Governor Vessel and regulating mentality on(Liver-kidney deficiency pattern)lumbar disc herniation,the study used a small randomized controlled study methods.It aims to provide a certain theoretical basis and expand the scope of acupuncture therapy of dredging Governor Vessel and regulating mentality therapy for clinical practice.MethodsAll 60 cases of(Liver-kidney deficiency pattern)lumbar disc herniation screened subjects would meet the inclusion criteria,was equally and randomly assigned to two groups,the treatment group used acupuncture therapy of dredging Governor Vessel and regulating mentality,while the control group with routine acupoint selection.After finishing all courses,we collect the subject of VAS?JOA?WHOQL-BREF?Prolo scores,and analyzed them for comparing effect of two groups.Results1.There were no statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in two groups' baseline information(including sexes,age,duration,VAS,JOA,WHOQL-BREF score).It's showed that two groups are comparable.2.After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups have reduced obviously,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).The VAS was distinctly difference in both groups between before and after the treatment(P<0.01).It's showed that the treatment group was superior to the the control groupin relieving pain.3.The VAS scores of two groups have increased visibly after treatment,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).The JOA was significant difference in both groups between before and after the treatment(P<0.01).It's illustrated that the treatment group had more advantages in improving the low back pain and waist function.4.After treatment,the difference of the two groups' WHOQL-BREF scores was significant(P<0.05).The WHOQL-BREF was striking difference in both groups between before and after the treatment(P<0.01).It convinced that the treatment group excels the routine acupoint selection group in enhancing the quality of life.5.PROLO comparison: Analyzing the PROLO score of two groups after treatment,the difference was significant obvious(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the low back pain and waist function.6.The treatment group dramatically surpassed the control group in increasing the PROLO scores after 2 courses(P<0.05).It revealed that The treatment group was better at improving the low back pain and waist function than the routine acupoint selection group.7.After finishing treatment,the treatment got higher total curative effect rate 92.8%,the control group's 81.3% was lower.And the former one was more excellent in holistic curative effect of lumbar disc herniation's treatment(P<0.05).ComclusionIt found that the routine acupoint selection group is helpful,however,the therapy of dredging Governor Vessel and regulating mentality prevails it over easing pain?improving dysfunction and life quality.
