Expression Of COX-2 In Laterally Spreading Tumor Of Large Intestine

Aims:To research the expression of COX-2 in laterally spreading tumor,to explore COX-2 associated with LST,in order to provide theoretical basis for predicting LST cancerous changes.Methods:Collectting the chenzhou first people’s hospital between January 2015 and July 2017 lines of 30 cases of endoscopic treatment of LST,30 cases of Adenomatous polyp of the colo,30 cases of surgical resection of Colorectal cancer specimens,30 cases of normal intestinal mucosa tissues,statistics and its clinical pathological data using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of COX-2 in the specimen.Statistical analysis was performed on SPSS21.00,and the test level was set to be equal to 0.05.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.(For comparison between groups,calibration test level is required.)Results:1.Positive expression of COX-2:93.33%(28/30)of the lateral development tumor(LST)group of the large intestine,53.33%(16/30)in the large intestine tumor(APC)group,90%(27/30)in the colorectal cancer(CC)group,and 6.67%(2/30)in the adjacent normal large intestine mucosa(NCE)group.There was no statistical difference between COX-2 expression level and colorectal cancer group in the large intestine side development tumor group(χ~2=0.0001,P>0.007).The expression level of COX-2 in the large intestine was higher than that of the large intestine tumor(APC)group.The expression level of COX-2 in the colorectal cancer(CC)group was higher than that in the adjacent normal large intestine mucosa(NCE)group(χ~2=41.713,P<0.007)and the large intestine protrusion adenoma(APC)group(χ~2=9.932,P<0.007).The expression level of COX-2 in the tumor of the large intestine was higher than that in the adjacent normal large intestine mucosa group.(χ~2=15.556,P<0.007).2.The expression of COX-2 strength:colorectal cancer(CC)higher intensity of COX-2 expression in e.lateral type development tumor(LST)group(statistic z=-4.014,P<0.007),e.uplift type adenoma(APC)group(statistic z=-5.228,P<0.007)and normal colon mucosa adjacent to carcinoma(NCE)group(statistic z=-6.605,P<0.007).The expression intensity of COX-2 in the large intestine was higher than that of the large intestine tumor(APC)group(the statistic z=-3.346,P<0.05),and the adjacent normal large intestine mucosa(NCE)group(statistic z=-6.478,P<0.007).The expression intensity of COX-2 was higher than that of normal large intestine mucosa group(statistic z=-3.964,P<0.007)..Conclusions:1.COX-2 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer,large intestine tumor and large intestine tumor,and COX-2 is low expression in normal intestinal mucosal tissue adjacent to cancer.2.The positive expression and expression intensity of COX-2 in the lateral development of the large intestine were higher than that of the large intestine,which may be related to the potential carcinogenesis of the side of the large intestine.
