| At present,China has gradually entered an aging society.Therefore,the physical health of the elderly has become the most important issue in modern medicine.In many elderly diseases,cognitive dysfunction accounts for a large proportion.The prevalence of cognitive impairment in the elderly population is high and the incidence is frequent,which seriously affects the quality of life.The research on the diagnosis and treatment methods of cognitive dysfunction has attracted great attention of more and more famous scholars.In recent years,virtual reality technology has become a focus of research.People are trying to introduce virtual reality technology into the diagnosis of cognitive impairment.Immersion,interactivity and conceivability are important features of the virtual display system that distinguish it from traditional diagnostic and treatment technologies.At the same time,in order to observe and assist the patient’s diagnosis and treatment process in real time,this article introduces the screen sharing function,and finally designs and implements a virtual reality cognitive obstacle diagnosis and treatment system based on the Android terminal screen sharing.First,this article reviews a large amount of information about cognitive disorders,virtual reality,and screen sharing,and studies and designs solutions.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)has good validity,reliability and sensitivity.It is currently the most widely used method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders.Based on MoCA evaluation system,this paper designed a virtual reality cognitive diagnosis and treatment system,which can bring good sense of immersion and participation to patients,reduce the workload of doctors,and provide an effective treatment program.Secondly,the video compression coding method in screen sharing is studied.Because the motion estimation process takes up the entire encoding process,it becomes the key to reduce the complexity of the encoding algorithm.This paper summarizes the existing algorithms and optimizes the hexagon search algorithm by introducing the threshold early termination strategy.It solves the problem of prematurely using large hexagonal templates to bring unnecessary operations to the search and improves the coding efficiency.Finally,according to the diagnosis needs,formulate the system design plan.Separately design each module algorithm to complete the system design.The screen sharing anddiagnosis and treatment parts of the system were separately tested.The system achieved good results both in accuracy and stability.The screen sharing encoding frame rate is 30 Fps and the code rate is 94 KBps.The entire diagnosis and treatment system has a high degree of reliability,validity and sensitivity,has achieved the expected results,and can meet the requirements of diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders. |
