?Objective? To explore the clinical diagnostic significance of inflammatory factor-Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and blood coagulation factor-Fibrinogen(FIB)combined with tumor markers(CEA?NSE?CYFRA211?CA125?CA153?SCCA)detection in lung cancer.?Methods?Collecting the newly diagnosed lung cancer patients(lung cancer group)and the same period hospitalized patients with common chronic respiratory disease(control group)and detecting of tumor biomarks expression levels in all patients' peripheral blood, including Hs-CRP?FIB?CEA?NSE?CYFRA211?CA125?CA153 and SCCA.Application of t-test and rank sum test to compare the parameters between the two independent groups.Synthesize 2 kinds of statistical methods?Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),to evaluate the value of serum tumor biomarks in the diagnosis of lung cancer.?Results?1.According to the t-test and rank sum test results:compared with chronic respiratory disease(control group),the serum levels of Hs-CRP?FIB?CEA?NSE?CYFRA211?CA125?CA153 and SCCA were significantly higher in lung cancer patients(lung cancer group)(p<0.05).2.Calculating the disease sensitivity and specificity by single detection,CEA was the highest disease sensitivity, with a sensitivity of 56.80%.The sensitivity was arranged in sequence as CEA> Hs-CRP > FIB > CYFRA211> NSE >CA125> CA153> SCCA.Hs-CRP was the lowest specificity with specificity of 68.30%.The specificity was arranged in sequence as NSE>CA153>CA125>CYFRA211>CEA>SCCA>FIB>Hs-CRP.The sensitivity of the eight combined tumor markers was 81.23% and the specificity was 85.45%.The combined detection of serum tumor markers was more sensitive than that of single one,and the specificity had not been significantly reduced.3.Further analysis of the serum levels of tumor markers, using the Logistic regression model, among which hs-CRP,CEA,CYFRA211 and CA125 were all significantly increased(P<0.05),which signified a significant correlation between those four markers and lung cancer.4.Hs-CRP and FIB combined with tumor markers can improve the diagnostic of lung cancer.?Conclusion?Compared with chronic respiratory disease(control group),the serum levels of Hs-CRP?FIB?CEA?NSE?CYFRA211?CA125?CA153 and SCCA were significantly higher in lung cancer patients(lung cancer group)(p<0.05);The serum levels of of Hs-CRP,CEA,CYFRA211,CA125 has a highe correlation with lung cancer, which had statistical significance for the diagnosis and prediction of lung cancer;Hs-CRP and FIB combined with serum tumor biomarks can improve the sensitivity and specificity of lung cancer diagnostic.
