Adolescents are the focus of current global public health agenda, and their health relates to the harmonious development of individuals, families, society and the country. However, with the diversification of sexual concept, the health of adolescents is not optimistic. The purpose of the study is to understand the status and influencing factors of unsafe sexual behaviors in higher vocational colleges, and aim to unsafe sexual behaviors to put forward the corresponding intervention strategies. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview method, with the help of an earlier survey conducted by a private university in Yunnan.900 students who might have sexual intercourse were interviewed. The interviewed students volunteered to complete the electronic anonymous questionnaire. The effective questionnaire was 798.In this study,60.4% of the total sample was related to sexual behavior(high proportions are related to the selection of research objects),only 65.4% for the first time sex adopt the correct methods of contraception,16-18 years old was the first age for high sexual activity.Boys with more than two sexual partners were significantly higher than girls, and the ratio of boys to girls was higher. This study analyzed the sexual health status of adolescents based on their gender and sexual behavior. The research found:In the sexual attitude, the higher vocational college students’ attitude of sexual behavior is significantly more open than the vocational college students that they don’t have sexual behavior.Boys’ sexual attitudes and sexual behavior are more open than girls. The more you are in love, the probability you are to have sex,and earlier the age of love is,the more likely it is to have sex.The proportion of health-risk behaviors(fighting, smoking, drug use, exposure to drugs)of the students who have sexual behaviors is higher than that of no sexual behavior students;and the proportion of boys with health-risk behaviors is higher than that of girls. In this study, chi square test was applied to school sexual health knowledge education, and the influence of family, peer and Internet on vocational college students was analyzed by logistic regressive analysis. From school education, students have little correct sexual knowledge and low awareness of risk prevention. In family influence, parents’ avoidant topics and family instability are risk factors for sexual behavior, while the stability of father’s occupation is protective factors. In the peer influence, discussing sexual topics with friends is a risk factor for sexual behavior, and talking with friends about the harm of unsafe sex is a protective factor. The influence of Internet media, browsing the yellow website and touching the adult film are the risk factors of the sexual behavior of higher vocational education. In conclusion, schools, families, peers and Internet have a great influence on the sexual behavior of vocational college students. Therefore,we should take health promotion strategies as the basis for intervening the unsafe sexual behaviors of private vocational college students. We should establish a healthy virtuous public policy environment, create a healthy social environment, improve the accessibility of adolescent health services, carry out linkage support between families and schools, and strengthen personal risk awareness and skills training.
