| Purpose: The patients with oral medicine kunfukang capsule combined with herbal retention enema in the treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility clinical curative effect observation,to verify the traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis and dampness eliminating enema has good curative effect on the disease.In order to provide a new way of thinking and new method for the clinical treatment of tubal obstruction infertility,the treatment of infertility is improved.Method: The observed object is obstructive infertility patients during the period from February 2017 to February 2018 at the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital gynecological clinic or gynecological treatment area of fallopian tube,require observation object must meet the diagnostic criteria of tubal infertility,informed consent of patients and their families,and in accordance with requirements for observation of72 female patients,using random grouping principle,72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.After taking 21 days as a course of treatment,after the treatment of three courses,the symptoms,signs and tubal patency were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment.Result: The clinical observation showed that kunfukang capsule combined with herbal retention enema in the treatment group the total effective rate was 80%,simple oral capsule kunfukang rehabilitation of control group was 53%.Conclusion:The treatment group can significantly improve the patency of tubal patency and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Tubal Obstructive Infertility.The treatment process is safe and reliable,and no toxic side effects have been found.Therefore,its enema method can be widely applied in clinic. |
