Clinical Study On Treatment Of Anaphylactoid Purpura With Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Clearing Away Heat And Resolving Speckle Decoction

Purpose: Through the observation of the clinical treatment effect of Qingre Xiaoban Decoction,the differences between the two groups were analyzed by statistical analysis,and the effect of the theory of heat and cooling and desiccation on the treatment of allergic purpura in patients with heat and blood stasis syndrome was further studied.Sexual and safety and reliability,the nature of its research for the clinical efficacy of observation.Methods: Sixty-four patients with allergic purpura were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treatd with Qingre Xiaoban Decoction(radix isatidis,rhizoma imperatae,rhizoma lmperatae,lithospermum,madder,honeysuckle,agrimony,lotusroot,salvia,papaya,cork,dandelion,violet)sooner or later,warm water blunt.The control group was given a clear capsule(berberine,baicalin,rhubarb)orally.three times a day,two times a day.Treatment group,the control group were treated for four weeks for a course of continuous observation of two courses of treatment during the discontinuation of other related drugs.Result: After clinical observation confirmed that the total effective treatment group 87.5% was significantly better than the control group 68.75%.Compared with statistical analysis,P was less than 0.05,there was remarkable difference between the two groups,statistically significant.Conclusion: Qingre Xiaoban soup on the treatment of allergic purpura safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical use.
