Clinical Effect Of YAO TU KE LI And Lumbar Electric Traction On Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To study the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation and therapies from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.And to evaluate the clinical efficacy that treating Patients with lumbar disc herniation with YAO TU KE LI and lumbar electric traction.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with YAO TU KE LI and lumbar electric traction for 2 weeks.The control group was treated with Diclofenac sodium double release Intestine-sol Capsule and lumbar electric traction for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,VAS score,JOA score,"Chinese traditional medicine diagnosis criteria" and the comparison of side effects were used to clinical evaluation.Results:The evaluation of VAS score,JOA score,and "Chinese traditional medicine diagnosis criteria" of the treatment group was as good as control group.The incidence of side effects in the treatment group was lower than in the control group,but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation that treating with YAO TU KE LI and lumbar electric traction has a significant effect,and no side effects,worth clinical promotion.
