Research On Physical Therapy To Improve The Endometrial Receptivity Of Infertility Patients With TCM Adverse

Objective:This topic through the endometrial receptivity of infertility patients with poor constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the distribution of survey,based on body mass scale as subjects of different constitution types of individual intervention,based on the observation of clinical experiment indicators to evaluate endometrial receptivity changes,explore the relationship of Chinese medicine the Physique Theory and adjustment of endometrial receptivity,understanding of TCM conditioning therapy is important for improving the endometrial receptivity of infertility patients,and treatment of open up new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of endometrial receptivity adverse infertility.Methods:According to randomized controlled clinical research methods,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,collected from December 2015 to December 2016 in Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital from second outpatient department of gynecology outpatient patients in 90 cases,including 45 cases in the experimental group,45 cases in the control group.Two groups of subjects were carried out a cross-sectional survey of TCM Constitution,according to Chinese medicine questionnaire formulated by Chinese medicine Professor Wang Qi scale development,comprehensive evaluation using discriminant analysis method for each subject to determine and classify physical types;on the other hand,the relevant examination(blood routine,β-HCG liver and kidney function)that no obvious abnormality after the start into the group,underwent transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound monitoring,observation of endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow parameters;according to different constitution types according to the visiting time sequence,each taking each constitutional type in the treatment time of the top 2 of the subjects were endometrial tissue biopsy specimens were observed by scanning electron microscope,endometrial pinopode.Results:From the overall distribution of TCM Constitution of Yang deficiency mostly,followed by blood stasis,yin deficiency,qi stagnation,without gentleness and the intrinsic quality of the experimental group;Yang deficiency is most phlegm for at least;in the control group,yin deficiency and blood stasis was the most,to damp heat the less.Analysis of the changes of color Doppler ultrasound observation index control group before and after treatment,group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the control group by oral tablets in the treatment of human placenta on endometrial thickness and blood flow of PI and RI endometrial blood flow has obvious curative effect;comparative analysis of two groups after treatment,the color index,between groups the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating distinguish body conditioning combined human placenta tablets in the treatment of the conditioning effect is better than pure human placenta tablets,Distinguish body conditioning uterine blood flow within the PI and RI compared with the control group decreased significantly,endometrial thickness also increased significantly;among the two groups and the experimental group according to the different constitution of traditional Chinese medicine type and style feeding,can achieve the clinical effect of increased endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow decreased PI,RI.In addition,the analysis expression of pinopode mature rate of the two groups after treatment,there were more mature pinopode in the experimental group,and which grew better than the control group,indicated that the Chinese defense body conditioning therapy has definite therapeutic effect on the expression of mature stage to improve endometrial pinopodes.Conclusion:The endometrial receptivity of poor patients with infertility TCM Constitution identification exists biased constitution aggregation propensity to virtual,with TCM syndrome infertility based on Xu’s view.Chinese medicine treatment of distinguish body conditioning and endometrial receptivity function related markers were improved in certain clinical value.For drugs with different physical prescription composition,kidney,blood and liver drugs can improve the endometrial receptivity of corresponding markers play a role from endometrial morphology,cytology and molecular biology of endometrial tissue.
