The Study Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Shu Gan He Wei Method Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

The Chronic non-atrophic gastritis refers to a chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by varieties of factors,with a high incidence,the condition lingering refractory characteristics.It appears for the upper abdominal pain and(or)full discomfort,belching,acid reflux,hiccups,nausea,weight loss and other symptoms.Under the life and Work pressure,the majority of patients often due to emotional stimulation lead to repeated illness,affecting the quality of life,and can be further developed into chronic atrophic gastritis and even the cancer with the gastric mucosali nherent glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,showing that the disease is not only long-term problems of daily life of patients,in the late stages of disease progression of the patient’s life will pose a serious harm.In the course of treatment,how to Relieve clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life is the most important treatment thing.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the disease shows obvious advantages,and should be further studied.ObjectiveThe goal of present study were to evaluate the clinical effect of the Method of soothing the liver and harmonize the stomach treating Chronic non-atrophic gastritis by adjusting the scores of TCM syndrome and chronic gastritis PRO in all areas before and after treatment.And then to provide the basis for the further clinical application and promotion.MethodsCollected 70 patients from February 2016 to January 2017 in Guangdong Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,combined outpatient and inpatient,confirmed by endoscopy with Chronic non-atrophic gastritis and with disharmony between liver and stomach of Chinese medicine dialectical,who was accorded with the inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria.Randomly divided into treatment group(Shu Gan He Wei Method group)and control group(Domperidone group),35 cases in each group.Treatment groups:receive a Chinese herbal formula called Chai Zhi Hewei Tang 1 agent daily,2 times a day after breakfast and dinner.Control group:keep Domperidone tablets 10mg each time,3 times a day.each group above the test period was 2 weeks.Recorded the subjects of TCM syndromes、Chronic gastritis PRO scale score before and after treatment.To make a detailed record of all data and analyse the clinical curative effect.Results1.Before the trial,two group basic data(such as age,gender,level of education),TCM syndrome points,Points in each field of PRO were compared.The results showed the all they had no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.In the comprehensive effect:After treatment,the treatment group were 34 cases,there were 10 cases had been cured,12 cases were significant effect,8 cases were effective,invalid in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.24%;control group were 33 cases,there were 5 cases had been cured,4 cases were significant effect,effective in 13 cases,invalid in 11 cases,the total efficiency of 66.67%.Two groups of patients’ TCM syndrome were improved after treatment.After Chi square test,the difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the TCM Syndromes scores:The TCM Syndromes of treatment group and control group were relieved after treatment(P<0.01).Compared the TCM Syndromes score of in the two groups after treatment and the integral difference before and after treatment,showed that the treatment group and control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).In the PRO scale score,after treatment,the treatment group and the control group in the quality of life physiology,independence,psychological,environmental areas of the four areas are better than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared the score of the life quality in the physiological and psychological Dimension before and after treatment,showed that the treatment group and control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).And in the dimensions(independence and environment)there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.No adverse events was found during the treatment of two groups of patients.ConclusionThe use of Shu Gan He Wei Method in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis is more satisfactory,improve the clinical syndrome is superior to domperidone,which can improve the quality of life of patients,in the field of physiology and psychological aspects of treatment is superior to domperidone.No adverse reactions during the treatment process of two groups of patients,suggesting that the clinical curative effect is safe and significant for clinical reference.
