| Objective:Evaluating the efficacy of Rhinodytophhora decoction in the treatment of allergic Purpura(blood fever),the protective effects of the kidneys and the effects on the level of expression of serum C1GALT1 and its partner protein Cosmc,To explore the kidney protection and therapeutic mechanism of rhinoceros decoction for allergic Purpura patients,it provides a basis for clinical application.Methods:Random selection of patients from April to December 2017 in the outpatient and ward of our hospital,60 cases of allergic Purpura(blood fever)patients who voluntarily entered the group and met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria,were divided into treatment groups according to the random number table,control group,each group of 30 cases,The control group gave the Western medicine routine treatment program,including avoiding exposure to allergens such as meat,eggs,milk and pollen,anti-allergy and,if necessary,anti-infection treatment.On the basis of the control group treatment,the treatment group was treated with rhino horn decoction.To observe the curative effect,total symptom points,distribution of skin Purpura,morphology,improvement of accompanying symptoms,routine urination,and the quantitative condition of 24 h urine protein before and after treatment.Real-time fluorescence quantification(PCR)was used to determine the correlation between C1GALT1/Cosmc expression and C1GALT1/Cosmc expression levels and total symptom integral in serum before and after treatment in two groups of patients.Results:(1)The general data of patients included: the age and sex of the children,the total scores of the symptoms before the treatment,and the comparison between the two groups.The two groups were comparable(P>0.05);(2)Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: The treatment group was cured clinically 12(40%),markedly effective 10(33.33%),effective 7(23.33%),ineffective 1(3.33%),and the total effective rate was 96.66%;Healing 6(20%),markedly effective 8(26.66%),effective 10(33.33%),ineffective 6(20%),and the total effective rate was 80%;after the rank sum test(P<0.05),the treatment group was clinically indicated The curative effect is better than the control group;(3)Comparison of total scores of symptoms: The total scores of symptoms after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment.The total scores of symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)There were 3 cases of Purpura nephritis in the treatment group,of which 3 were light,0 was medium,and the incidence rate was 10%.In the control group,10 cases were Purpura nephritis,of which 7 were light,3 were medium,and the incidence rate was 33.33%.The two groups had significant differences in rank and test(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of the expression levels of C1GALT1 and Cosmc in serum before and after treatment between the two groups: in and between groups(P<0.05).The relative expression of C1GALT1 and companion protein Cosmc was compared between the two groups: The correlation analysis of Pearson suggested that the expression level of C1GALT1/Cosmc was negatively correlated with the total symptom score before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Rhinoceros Decoction is effective in the treatment of allergic Purpura(blood fever),which can effectively prevent kidney damage,reduce the incidence of HPSN,and has no obvious toxic side effects.(2)Rhinoceros decoction can increase the level of expression of serum C1 GALT1 and Cosmc in patients with allergic Purpura(blood fever). |
