Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Prescription on the quality of life, immune function, tumor markers and other aspects of patients after TACE and radiofrequency ablation,so as to provide a clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary liver cancer.Methords:This study selected patients with primary liver cancer as the research object.A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial was used.Sixty cases of clinical cases that met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment and control groups according to the principle of random distribution. Both groups of patients were treated with the same TACE sequential radiofrequency ablation and western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Prescription.Observe and record the patient’s QOL-LCV2.0 scale scores, peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations,AFP,AFU,TCM symptom scores, etc.as observation indicators, and perform statistical analysis on the data to evaluate the Fuzheng XiaoliuPrescription The short-term efficacy of TACE sequential radiofrequency ablation regimen in the treatment of primary liver cancer patients. Results:Baseline data comparison:There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,Child-Pugh grade, presence of combined hepatitis B and KPS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in QOL-LCV2.0 scale scores, immune function, tumor markers,TCM symptom scores, etc.between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment:(1)Quality of Life Scale(QOL-LCV2.0 score)Comparison:(1)Intra-group comparison:QOL-LC scores significantly increased in treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function in the control group after treatment were significantly higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in psychological function,symptoms/side effects, social function, and total life quality(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:There was a statistically significant difference in the four dimensions of quality of life and the difference in total scores after treatment(all P<0.05).(2)Comparison of immune function:(1)Intra-group comparison:After treatment,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+were all significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:The difference between CD3~+and CD4~+after treatment was statistically significantwere(all P>0.05),indicating that the CD3~+and CD4~+in the treatment group improved significantly after treatment compared to the control group, while the differences between the CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+treatments were similar.(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.(3)Comparison of changes in AFP and AFU values:(1)Intra-group comparison:After treatment, the AFP and AFU values were lower than before and the differencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).(2)Comparisonbetween groups:Differences in AFP and AFU after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:(1)Intra-group comparison:The scores of TCM symptoms decreased after treatment in both groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison between groups:The difference in symptom scores after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of TCM syndromes efficacy:The treatment group significantly improved in 7 cases, partially improved in 20 cases,no improvement in 3 cases, improvement rate of 90%,no significant improvement in the control group, partial improvement in 23 cases,no improvement in 7 cases, improvement rate 76.7%,after treatment, the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Safety evaluation:Safety evaluation:After treatment, there was no statistical difference in changes in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine,ALT,AST,renal function, coagulation function, electrocardiogram between the two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05).But albumin levels increased compared with before treatment, and albumin levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions:Some patients in the two groups experienced loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating, constipation and other symptoms, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the adverse reaction in the treatment group was less than the control group. And there was no withdrawal of the researchers due to adverse reactions. Conclusion:FuzhengXiaoliuPrescriptioncombinedTACEsequential radiofrequency ablation program can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, has a certain protective effect on cell immunity after intervention, and has a good safety,it is worth further promotion in the clinic.
