Study On The Rules Of Syndrome Differentiation And Medication On The Experience Of Famous Veteran Doctors Of TCM In Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura In Children

Objective: To explore common syndromes of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura as well as the medicinal compatibility law adopted by modern famous doctors of TCM through studying and organizing the experience of these doctors in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura.Methods:The literature on the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children from 1990 to 2017 in the Chinese database(CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases)was retrieved(including medical records and clinical experience).According to the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria,further screening of literature that meets the requirements of the study.Based on data entry and exclusion criteria,data was entered using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 software to create a database.The use of IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software to implement Apriori algorithm,association rules analysis,analysis of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura syndrome-fang-drug rule research.Results: Filtered according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,“Literature Research Database of Experience of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine in Treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura”was established.A total of 133 journal articles were included.There are data 412,which contains 32 syndromes,256 kinds of Chinese medicine and 73 prescriptions.1 Common syndromes1.1 A total of 32 syndromes,7 kinds of syndromes frequency are common,as follows:blood heat stasis syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,blood heat stasis syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,and qi deficiency syndrome
