| Objective: The data of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Department of endocrinology in our hospital were collected retrospectively,and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with osteoporosis were studied,and the related indicators were analyzed,so as to provide evidence for clinical prevention and intervention treatment.Methods: From May 2016 to May 2017,Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Endocrinology the First Affiliated Hospital area to do a dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)in patients with type 2 diabetes medical examination,divided into type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis group(DOP),and normal bone mass in type 2 diabetic group(T2DM).According to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes disease characteristics in our hospital department of Endocrinology for(2016 Edition),the type 2 diabetes can be divided into 7 types,to find out the distribution characteristic of TCM syndrome of the two groups of patients,and to analyze the gender,age,body mass index(BMI),serum calcium,serum phosphorus,glycosylated hemoglobin,bone mineral density values,and early prevention of osteoporosis combined with diabetes and provide a theoretical basis for the control.Results: We collected data of 186 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria,including 2 patients with osteoporosis and 52 patients with type 2 diabetes.Comparing the two groups of patients with syndrome of blood stasis syndrome,and in addition,the distribution of liver and kidney yin deficiency and dampness heat syndrome in diabetic patients with osteoporosis group and type 2 diabetes group differences,and type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis syndromes is the largest of two Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency of liver and kidney after this.Spleen deficiency phlegm damp>damp-heat>spleen kidney yang deficiency>thelungand gasterexcessiveheat.Moreover,the average age of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with osteoporosis is larger,the duration of diabetes is longer,the number of women is higher,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin is higher,and the body mass index of type 2 diabetes group with normal bone mass is larger.Compared with the biochemical results of the two groups,there was no significant difference in blood calcium and fasting blood glucose.Compared with the bone mineral density of the two groups,the 1-4 of the lumbar vertebrae,the bone density of the neck of the femur value were lower in the diabetic group with osteoporosis,which was statistically significant.Further analysis of variance of bone density and types,results suggest that the main syndrome of diabetic patients with osteoporosis type,1-4 lumbar and femoral neck BMD had no obvious difference,but the 1-4 dbqy of lumbar and femoral neck BMD were the lowest;all the main syndrome of type 2 diabetes between patients with type the bone density of the lumbar vertebrae 1-4 value different,femoral neck BMD had no significant difference.Conclusion: In the group of syndromes of type 2 diabetes complicated with osteoporosis is the most or the blood stasis syndrome and Qi-Yin deficiency,and bone density in patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin was the lowest;in patients with type2 diabetes,most likely in the days after the liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and osteoporosis,endoretention of damp heat minimum;Older age,female,lower BMI,longer duration of diabetes and poor glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis after more likely;1-4 lumbar bone density may be a sensitive indicator of bone loss. |
