Clinical Observation On The Treatment For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance By Nourishing Yin And Clearing Heat And Combining Metformin

Objective:This topic through observated the clinical curative effect ziyin heat method combined t of metformin about the treatment of PCOS with IR,determine the content of serum of FPG,FINS,analysis of patients before and after the treatment menstrual cycle evaluation,TCM syndrome score and a skin of change,the content of FPG and FINS and HOMA the change of IR,validation ziyin heat method combined the clinical effect of metformin,for clinical treatment to provide new ideas and methods fortreatment of PCOS with IR.Method: This topic selection in April 2017 to March 2018 in Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine into the standard of the second affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology clinic,66 cases of patients with PCOS with IR,according to random number table method and the order will be incorporated into the clinic patients were randomly assigned.The treatment group lost 3 cases;In the control group,1 case was not treated,1 case was lost,1 case was excluded,30 cases were treated in the final treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the addition of cucumber and dimethyldiguanidine.Add and subtract the melon stone soup by Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine the second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparation center unified cook made 200 ml bag,a pair of medicine Fried into two bags,daily in the morning and take a bag of warm,even served for three months,menstruation stop.Metformin is administered three times a day,500 mg each time,for three months.The control group was given a simple metformin treatment,and the method was taken three times a day for 500 mg,and the meal wastaken for three months.Results: After treatment,in terms of improving comprehensive clinical curative effect,the treatment group 4 cases were cured(13%),18 cases were markedly improved(60%),effective in 5 cases(17%),invalid in 3 patients(10%),total effective 27 cases(90%,control group recovered 0 cases(0%),1case(3%)were markedly effective,effective 21 cases(70%),invalid 8 cases(27%),the total effective22 cases(73%),obvious difference(P < 0.05);In terms of improving menstrual cycle and TCM syndromes,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving acanthosis nigricans,the difference was significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the control group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups(P>0.05)showed no statistically significant difference.In terms of improving insulin resistance,FPG,FINS,FINS and homa-ir of the treatment group and the control group were all lower than those of the previous treatment group and the control group,and compared within the group and between groups,both were(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion: Ziyin metformin to treat PCOS with IR heat method curative effect is satisfied,can effectively improve the patient’s menstrual cycle and the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,reduce the patients’ serum of FPG,FINS,and then improve the IR,is an effective treatment of Yndeficiencyi stomach heat type PCOS with IR method.
