| At the end of the 20 th century,it was the budding and development period of the theory of good governance.As one of the mainstream ideological theories that are moving forward,good governance theory has extraordinary significance in building a harmonious,rule of law,and fair safeguard system for China under the current economic and globalized new situation.The so-called good governance,as its name suggests,is to reconcile with good governance.It is the social management process that maximizes public interest after the government and the public have conducted good cooperation.As people’s thinking has become more open,the public’s sense of civic awareness and security have also been constantly deepened.The governance of the government has also been transformed from the original government leader to multi-party cooperation,which is the so-called “good governance”approach.As an important part of my people,the elderly are an important issue that cannot be ignored and an important content of governance in the government’s good governance.As the ageing population deepens,the pension problem is facing increasingly severe challenges.The combination of medical care and pensions has emerged under this challenge.General Secretary Xi Jinping also emphasized in the report of the 19 th National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China: “We must actively respond to the aging population,build a policy system for the elderly,filial piety,respect for the elderly,and the social environment,promote the integration of medical care and rehabilitation,and accelerate the cause of aging.” In the perspective of the concept of good governance,this article takes the senior apartment in Shanxi Province as an example to analyze in depth the current status of China’s medical care and pension support model and put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures.Taiyuan City is the first batch of pilot cities for medical care and integration,while Shanxi Senior Citizens Apartment is an important pilotinstitution in Taiyuan City.This article has further explored the model of medical care and pension for elderly apartments in Shanxi Province from the perspective of good governance theory.The paper has 5 chapters.In the first chapter,the introduction department introduced the background significance of the study,as well as the domestic and foreign research review of good governance theory and the combination of medical care and retirement care.Because there is very little information about the two sets,the summary part can only be separated.To sort out the good governance theory and the combination of medical care and pension mode.And the first chapter also introduced the research ideas and methods.The second part is the analysis of the value of good governance theory for the combination of medical care and pension mode,including the related concepts,backgrounds,introductions,logical relationships,and the necessity and feasibility of using good governance theory.The third part is the case part of the article,which combines the specific examples of the elderly apartments in Shanxi Province to analyze the model of medical care and pension support under the vision of good governance.Here are three arguments.The first point is the basic overview of the elderly apartments in Shanxi Province.The second point is the status quo analysis,and the latter point is the current development dilemma of its combination of medical care and retirement care.The fourth part of the article takes the theory of good governance as the framework,and analyzes the constraints and causes of the current medical care and pension support model in China from the perspectives of professionalism,impartiality,legality,and participation.The fifth part combines the status quo of care and support of other countries with the mode of endowment,sums up experiences that can be learned from the perspective of good governance theory,and proposes several suggestions and countermeasures that can be implemented based on different participants,with a view to making a little contribution to the medical care and retirement endowment business. |
