| Objectives To explore the clinical efficacy of radioactive 125 I partical implantation in the treatment of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma and hepatic metastasis,observe the short term efficacy and long term efficacy in the patients taken the treatment of 125 I partical implantation,investigate the connection among the dosimetry of radioactive 125 I partical implantation,the clinical efficacy of treatment,the side effects and the prognosis,and investigate the dosimetry standard of radioactive 125 I partical implantation in the treatment of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma and hepatic metastasis.Methods Dose studies of radioactive iodine 125 seeds for treatment of advanced liver cancer:From June 2013 to December 2015,128 patients with advanced liver cancer from Tangshang people hospital divided into two groups,64 patients underwent 125 Ipartical implantation with the low-dose treatment,64 patients underwent 125 I partical implantation with high-dose therapy.The clinical data of these patients were analyzed.Results Dose studies of radioactive iodine 125 seeds for treatment of advanced liver cancer :1)The total effect of the control group after treatment remission rate 46.88%,the total efficiency of 68.75%,53.12% response rate in the observation group,the total efficiency of 71.87%,the difference was not significant(p> 0.05);2)after treatment platelets,leukocytes,alanine aminotransferase,alpha-fetoprotein were significantly lower than before treatment,before and after treatment were significantly different(p <0.05),post-treatment observation group platelets,leukocytes,alanine aminotransferase,alphafetoprotein improvement compared with the control group after treatment more significant(p <0.05);3)the quality of life,in the control group to improve the rate of 18.75%,the total efficiency of 43.75% in the observation group to improve the rate of 46.87%,the total efficiency of 78.28%,the difference was significant(p <0.05);4)two After group therapy in abdominal discomfort,gastrointestinal bleeding,ascites,biliary fistula,a significant difference between the incidence of liver failure(p <0.05).Conclusion: Low-dose radioactive iodine 125 seeds in treatment of advanced liver cancer was significantly lower adverse reactions.Conclusions 1 The results of this study confirmed that CT guided percutaneous interstitial implantation of radioactive 125 I particles in the treatment of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma is a safe and effective method.I particle implantation is a better treatment for patients with advanced liver cancer.2 The results of this study confirmed that radioactive 125 I seeds implantation in the treatment of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma,the prescription dose of 100 Gy may have a better effect,which provides a new proposal for the choice of prescription dose In clinic. |
