Research On Liu Guangzhen’s Academic Thought And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease

Objective:To analyze the academic thoughts of professor Liu Guangzhen in the treatment of chronic renal diseases,and summarize the experience of the treatment of chronic renal diseases by professor Liu Guangzhen under the guidance of academic thoughts.Methods:1.Organized and studied the relevant contents of the classic Chinese medicine and the modern document on chronic kidney disease;2.In the course of following the tutor,collected a large number of outpatient and inpatient records of patients with chronic renal disease,and analyzed them;3.Collected the books and papers of the tutor,participate in the academic meeting of the tutor,and organize the scientific research subject presided over by the tutor;4.Talked with my tutor about his experience on the road of medical treatment deeply.Consulted him on the thought of treatment,carefully recorded,deeply experienced,refined the academic thoughts of the tutor,and summarized the clinical experience of the tutor.Results:1.It summarized the rich foundation of the tutor,follow the famous masters in the clinical,pay equal attention to Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.,the emphasis on scientific research,and the innovative practice of practicing medicine,His academic thoughts originated from the huangdi neijing,zhongjing theory and treatise on febrile,at the same time,attached importance to the theory of modern pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine;2.The tutor’s academic thoughts on the treatment of chronic kidney disease mainly include:“take eliminating pathogen lead”、“the treatment of nephropathy must distinguish between the principal and secondary aspect of disease”、“attach importance to homogeny of liver and kidney and protect the spleen and stomach”;3.The clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of chronic renal diseases includes syndrome differentiation experience and treatment experience,the syndrome differentiation experience include:treatment aiming at its pathogenesis,symptomatic treatment,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,the experience of diagnosis and treatment includes:For chronic nephritis syndrome,we should pay attention to the development law of pathogenesis,heat accumulation,wet poison,blood stasis,the kidney damaged,this is the reason why long-term proteinuria and renal function decline,treatment of detoxification eliminate disease,Qi and dampness,in this way,he created a "nephritis decoction";For chronic renal failure,put forward treatment from "turbidity",and the six major turbidity acts,on this basis,create "renal failure decoction ";For diabetic nephropathy,put forward the importance of phlegm,heat resistance,turbid dampness,blood stasis,the kidney damaged,according to the pathogenesis,the " diabetic nephropathy decoction " was created;For allergic purpura nephritis,proposed from the theory of weiqiyingxue theory,cool the blood dissipate blood stasis,created a "purple nephritis decoction ".Conclusion: professor Liu Guangzhen of nearly 30 years in Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease,accumulated the rich clinical experience,through the study of three years with the teacher,witnessed a tutor for the treatment of chronic kidney disease clinical curative effect,its academic thought and experience is worth our attention and study.
