| Objective:Preoperative and postoperative range of motion(ROM),HSS score and postoperative patient satisfaction and related complications were compared between the two groups.To analyze the early clinical effect of knee joint curved liner prosthesis.The results provide clinicians with a clinical basis for the selection of prosthesis in TKA surgery in the future and are also a good news for patients undergoing TKA surgery.Postoperative pain can be relieved and a satisfactory knee joint activity can be obtained.Methods:A total of 138 patients(147 knees)of unilateral or bilateral TKA were selected for the first time by using knee joint curved liner prosthesis and domestic TC-Dynamic system were retrospectively analyzed from January 2014 to June 2017in the four orthopedics department of Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital.Patients’complete follow-up was obtained by using the hospital case-finding system and using the data from hospital review,telephone follow-up and mail X-ray to collect the patients’data before surgery,1 month,6 month,1 year and the last follow-up 90patients(95 knees),including 34 males(35 knees)and 56 females(60 knees),with an average age of 74.6 years(58 years old to 89 years).The collected measurement data normal test,such as subject to normal distribution mean±standard deviation(X±S)to describe,using t test;count data is expressed as a rate,using theχ~2test;postoperative complications using descriptive Analysis,the data using SPSS 20.0statistical software package for analysis,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Ninety patients(95 knees)with complete follow-up were followed up from 0.5to 3.4 years with an average of(2.1±0.8)years.The ROM and HSS scores of knee joint curved liner prosthesis patients were significantly improved compared with that before operation(P<0.05),while in ROM and HSS scores at 1 month,6 month,1year and last follow-up were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Postoperative knee anterior pain in 9 patients(10 knees),postoperative follow-up X-ray examination showed that knee prosthesis position,force line,stability,etc.Showed good without loosening,bright lines and other anomalies.There were no cases of infection in this group,no complications such as prepercussive impingement and periprosthetic fractures.Conclusion:1.Domestic knee joint curved liner prosthesis design in line with Chinese anatomy,low prices,and intraoperative simple,less osteotomy.2.The early clinical efficacy of TKA with knee joint curved liner prosthesis was satisfactory,and the knee joint function was good after operation,so the prosthesis is worthy of clinical application.However,the long-term curative effect remains to be followed up. |
