Investigation And Research Of Female Sexual Health In Tianjin Area

Objective: To study the level of sexual health of women in TianjinResearch content:(1)The self-made questionnaire(comprehensive function index scale(FSFI)and female sexual function screening tool(SCS-W))the degree of sexual dysfunction in six dimensions in women of childbearing age in Tianjin area,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication,orgasm,sexual satisfaction,sexual intercourse pain,evaluation the survey of health;(2)Follow up a typical case for 6 months to study the effect of induced abortion on the sexual health of the patients.(3)Constructing the SCS-W scoring system and scoring standard,and putting forward the data of SCS-W segmentation pointResearch methods: General Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University in Tianjin area were randomly selected,Tianjin Police Hospital,Tianjin hospital,Tianjin Haihe Hospital,Tianjin Harbor Hospital,Shuige Tianjin Tanggu maternal and child health hospital,6 hospitals and medical abortion in women of childbearing age,through the investigation of FSFI+SCS-W health scale way.Result:(1)The basic data of the abortion group and the normal control group were compared with those in the table 2 and two,but there was no significant difference between them,but there was a significant difference in the choice of contraceptive methods.It was calculated that the parameters of the contraceptive reliability in the abortion group were 15.7% higher than that of the normal group.(2)The FSFI index in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of FSD was also the same.Of the 6 dimensions of the FSFI,the study group had 4 average scores higher than the control group.In the previous literature and review,it was mentioned that oral contraceptives had no effect on sexual function,and that there was no evidence of subjective factors such as sexual desire and orgasm.The survey data showed that oral contraceptives had no effect on sexual desire,sexual arousal,orgasm,sexual satisfaction,or even higher than the control group.(3)Abortion group compared with normal group in FSFI sexual desire,sexual arousal,sexual satisfaction,sexual intercourse pain in 4 dimensions is slightly lower than the normal group;while in vaginal lubrication,orgasm in 2 dimensions is slightly higher than the average middle group,no significant difference.23.45 points to Chinese city female division point FSFI score,two FSFI index survey group is less than or equal to 23.45 percentage was more than 60%,compared with the previously reported in the literature 52.4%,there is a clear increasing trend.(4)The scores in all dimensions of SCS-W in the abortion group were similar to those in the normal group,showing similar results in sexual dimensions,sexual arousal,sexual life satisfaction,and even higher than those in the normal group.And the overall life satisfaction score is also very close.(5)The scores of the 6 dimensions of the FSFI after the abortion were lower than those before the operation.In particular,the two dimensions of sexual desire and sexual arousal are more obvious,and the numerical value is greatly reduced.With 23.45 points as the segmentation point,the artificial abortion made this value increase by 28.5%.(6)The proportion of people who were not willing to discuss the sexual health problem in the abortion group was significantly lower than that of the normal group.In the two groups,the proportion of people willing to communicate with doctors accounted for more than 80% of their groups.Conclusion:(1)The choice of unreliable contraceptive methods is the main cause of accidental pregnancy and abortion in women.(2)The proportion of women using oral contraceptives as the first contraceptive method in Tianjin is far lower than the average level of countries such as Europe and the United States,only 2.55%.The lack of scientific understanding and understanding of oral contraceptives is the main reason for the low use of contraceptives.(3)The results of the female survey in the region showed that the oral contraceptive did not affect the female sexual function,sexual desire,orgasm and other aspects.(4)Artificial abortion will have a great impact on the level of sexual health of the patients,and the incidence of FSD in women is increased by 28.5%.(5)Before the evaluation of FSD,the FSFI local standard should be reproved and investigated.The data of 23.45 of the urban female FSFI segmentation point in China should be revised.(6)The score scoring method of SCS-W is constructed,and the SCS-W partition point formula based on FSFI segmentation points is given: SCS-W score segmentation point = FSFI score segmentation point +9.05.
