| 【Objective】The motion characteristics of the unstable joint process in the unstable segment of the lumbar spine were measured and compared with the same segment of the healthy adult(normal control group),and the difference between the unstable group and the normal control group was observed, and the unstable joints and the same segments of the healthy adults were measured.Three dimensional motion data were analyzed, and their motion characteristics were analyzed.Parallel left and right sides were compared to observe whether there were differences in kinematics between the joints of the left and right sides.【Methods】The motion characteristics of the unstable joint process in the unstable segment of the lumbar spine were measured and compared with the same segment of the healthy adult(normal group),and the difference between the unstable group and the normal control group was observed, and the unstable joints and the same segments of the healthy adults were measured.Three dimensional motion data were analyzed, and their motion characteristics were analyzed.Parallel left and right sides were compared to observe whether there were differences in kinematics between the joints of the left and right sides.【Results】 1.The left side and right side results were compared between the destabilizing group, the elder group and the young group.the three groups were compared with the left facet joints. The displacement of the three groups between the three groups was(3.0±2.5)mm along the coronal axis, compared with the young group(1.4±0.7)mm(p<0.05),and the rotation angle of the unstable group along the sagittal axis(4.3°± 3.8°)was increased(p<0.05)compared with the older group(1.5°±0.9°).In the three groups, the rotation angle of the young group along the vertical axis Z axis was(9.4°± 6.3°)compared with the year length group(2.8°± 3.0°)(p<0.05)and the unstable group(3.5°±3.0°)(p<0.05),and the unstable group(6.7°±4.8°)in the three groups was higher than that of the older group(1.2°±0.4°),and the young group(3.4°±2.3°)increased(p<0.05).2.Three groups of right joint motion characteristics comparison:The rotation angle of the three groups(4.0°±3.8°)along the Y axis of the sagittal axis was larger than that of the older group(1.3°±1.1°)and the young group(2.5°±1.3°)(p<0.05).In the left and right sides of the three groups, the young group(9.4°±6.3°)increased along the vertical axis Z axis in the unstable group(3.5°±3.0°)and the older group(2.8°±3.0°).The displacement of the unstable group(5.3±2.3)mm along the sagittal axis Y axis in the three groups was higher than that of the older group(2.0±1.5)mm and the young group(1.8±1.6)mm.The rotation angle of the unstable group(6.7°±4.8°)along the Y axis of the sagittal axis is larger than that of the older group(1.2°±0.4°)and the young group(3.4°±2.3°)(p<0.05).3.The motion characteristics of the facet joints in the destabilization group, the elder group and the young group were compared with those in the left side of the same group. There was no significant difference in the relative displacement and rotation angle between the three groups on the left and right sides in the flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion, left and right rotation joints.【Conclusion】There was no significant difference in the motor characteristics of the articular process between the left and right lumbar spine in patients with lumbar spine instability and healthy volunteers at different position changes.Three-dimensional transient abnormalities in the lumbar spine instability(L4 / 5),The left facet joint from the flexion to the posterior extensor when there is left and right in the coronal plane dislocation, left to right spin, the right facet joint in the sagittal plane there is significant back and forth movement, left and right rotation and before Patients with flexion and extension extensor instability in the sagittal position there is a significant increase in abnormalities. The main difference between young and old volunteers is the abnormal angle along the vertical axis at left and right lateral flexion, which means that the angle of motion of elderly volunteers decreases and the angle motion of patients with instability increases abnormally. |
