| Objective:This article arranged main contents and clinical application of isogenous and simultaneous treatment theory of kidney,spleen and liver of Huangdi Neijing by presented its academic origin and development.Analyzing the principle of herbs by data mining the cases of aplastic anemia to infer the cognization of professor ZhangXinyu on the disease,also combined the theory to analyze the clinical thinking of professor ZhangXinyu in treating aplastic anemia.Hoping to improve the inheritance and innovation of the theory,strengthen the weak point of the research on the systems of multiple zang-organs in Traditional Chinese Medicine,provide a new thinking of the treatment to aplastic anemia in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:1.Presenting academic origin and development of the theory by consulting literatures.2.Using SPSS Modeler to data mining the database of 128 aplastic anemia cases from professor ZhangXinyu.Results:1.Document research: Huangdi Neijing and later practitioners mainly elaborated the theory from the functions,characters,correlations,homologies and functional harmony on Qi,blood and essence among the three zang organs,which was widely applied in clinic.Besides,blood syndrome(Aplastic Anemia)was emphatically discussed in pathological mechanism that deficiency in kidney and spleen,excess in liver fire and treatment that regulate the three organs to promote balance between yin and yang.2.Data mining on the cases of aplastic anemia: The average age of the patients was 21.4.Weary,red tongue with yellowish tongue coating,thready rapid pulse were the common clinical manifestations.The herbs totaled 122,Shengdi,GouQi,Danggui were the top three in frequency.The herbs primarily included 24 meridian tropisms,involving all the meridians of Zang-fu organs,mainly attributed to liver and kidney meridians,and divided into 25 narrow groups according to its efficacy,the herbs of tonifying yang,clearing heat and cooling blood,removing blood stasis and hemostasis were the top three in frequency.There were strong correlations among the herbs of supplementing deficiency,invigorating and cooling blood.3.The clinical thinking of professor ZhangXinyu in treating AA: marrow was the location of the disease,the deficiency of kidney and spleen were the roots,liver fire and liver fell to control dispersion were the treetops.Professor ZhangXinyu divided the treatments into two parts,including supporting healthy Qi and eliminating evil,the former included nourishing kidney and liver,strengthening spleen,the modification of Liuweidihuang pill,Zuogui pill,Yougui pill,Sijunzi decoction,Buzhongyiqi decoction,Siwu decoction were commonly used.Eliminating evil mainly on clearing liver,lowering the reverse,the modification of Danzhixiaoyao San,Longdanxiega n decoction were commonly used for excessive fire,Xijiaodihuang decoction usually used in deficient fire,and coordinated with other methods such as clearing heat,resolving toxin,cooling blood,hemostasis,resolve blood stasis and damp according to the wan and wax of between evil and healthy Qi.Conclusion:1.The isogenous among kidney,spleen and liver had specificities,although the production and circulation of Qi,blood and essence relate to five zang organs,kidney and spleen were the main source of the production,liver managed the circulation,so the most intimate links between them are the specificities of the isogenous.2.the theory was a reticular system that contained the core of kidney,spleen and liver,linking by their functions,characters,correlations,homologies and functional harmony on Qi,blood and essence,and radiating to zang-fu organs.There would be a chain-reaction which led to diseases after one part of the system was damaged.The treatment of bi-directional control among kidney,spleen,liver,Qi,blood and essence could restore order of zang-fu and balance yin and yang.3.Professor ZhangXinyu thought aplastic anemia was a disease that deficiency in root and excess in treetop,the root was the deficiency of kidney and spleen,the treetop was liver fire and fell to control dispersion.The treatments took regulate kidney,spleen and liver to control Qi,blood,essence as the principal line,combined strengthening healthy Qi and eliminating evil to promote the balance between yin and yang.4.Professor ZhangXinyu took kidney,spleen and liver as the core in syndrome differentiation of aplastic anemia,he considered the deficiency of kidney essence was "pathological foundation",liver fire and fell to control dispersion were " flashpoints ",the deficiency of spleen was " the main line ",and divided into 5 patterns.5.Professor ZhangXinyu took strengthen kidney and spleen,clear liver,strengthen healthy Qi to consolidate root as the main measures in treating aplastic anemia.Warming kidney Yang and nourishing blood and essence were the core of strengthen healthy Qi besides strengthen spleen,clearing liver to eliminate evil and combined soothing liver,clearing heat and resolving toxin,cooling blood,hemostasis,resolve blood stasis and damp,etc.6.Professor ZhangXinyu made good use of herbs of dispelling wind,herbs of dispelling wind can dispell endogenous wind-evil and expel heat,soothe liver Qi,motivate and diffuse Qi and blood,eliminate damp,be medicinal guide.7.Professor ZhangXinyu considered syndrome differentiation combines disease differentiation are important aspects.He thought kidney,spleen and liver in traditional Chinese medicine had correlations with pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia in modern medicine and pharmacological action of herbs.He conferenced modern medical research results to assist use herbs based on syndrome
