| Objective : This purpose of this article is to explore the percentage of peripheral neutrophils(NE%),percentage of lymphocytes(LY%),the percentage of monocytes(MO%)and the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR)in patients with OSAS based on the severity of OSAS and it’s diurnal variation.Methods:70 patients who were snoring and daytime sleepiness has been monitored by PSG in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from December2016 to May 2017.According to the apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),they were distribution to 3 goups:AHI <5(n = 9)in normal control group,5 <AHI <30(n = 17)in mild and moderate group, and AHI≥30(n = 44)in severe group.Peripheral blood cells were collected at 20:00 pm before PSG monitoring and 6:00 am after PSG monitoring. The data of each group were statistically analyzed. Results : The value of NE% and NLR values in the severe OSAS group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(P <0.05).The value of△NE、△LY、△NLR increased significantly to those in the normal control group、mild to moderate group(P <0.05).2.Late 20:00 NLR value,△NLR value and AHI,SIT90,the longest apnea index was positively correlated.NE%、NLR、△NE%、△NLR was positively correlated with AHI,T90 and the longest apnea,ΔLY% and the most Long apnea time is positively correlated. Conclusion:The NE% and NLR values were significantly higher in patients with severe OSAS and positively correlated with AHI.There was a diurnal variation in NE% 、LY% and NLR values of OSAS patients. |
