| Objective:To explore the risk factors and clinical characteristics in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 210 T2DM women were selected.132 women with T2DM and CHD were divided into 40 cases in premenopausal,92 cases in postmenopausal.68 women without CHD were selected as control group, including 34 cases in premenopausal,44 cases in postmenopausal.Results:1 Comparison of baseline data, biochemical characteristics in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with T2DM1.1 Compared with the control group, diabetes duration, the incidence of hypertension, age, fasting glucose(FBG),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and white blood cell count(WBC)were higher in CHD groups in premenopausal women(P<0.05).1.2 Compared with the control group, diabetes duration, the incidence of hypertension, fasting glucose(FBG),blood uric acid(UA),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and white blood cell count(WBC)were higher in CHD groups postmenopausal women(P<0.05).1.3 In CHD groups, diabetes duration, the incidence of hypertension,TG,UA and SBP levels in postmenopausal women were statistically significantly higher than those in premenopausal women,HDL-C level in postmenopausal women was lower than that in premenopausal women(P<0.05).2 Comparison of BMI,dyslipidemia, diabetes duration and blood uric acid(UA)in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with T2DM2.1 Compared with the control group, the incidence of body mass index(BMI)above 25 Kg/m~2 was higher in CHD groups(P<0.05).2.2 Compared with the control group, the incidence of dyslipidemia and diabetes duration above 5 years were higher in CHD groups(P<0.05).3 The spearman correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis of CHD and its related factors in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with T2DM3.1 CHD was positively correlated with diabetes duration,FBG,BMI,UA,TG,WBC in premenopausal Women with T2DM(P<0.05).CHD was positively correlated with diabetes duration,BMI,UA,TG,TCH,WBC in postmenopausal Women with T2DM(P<0.05).3.2 Logistic regression analysis showed that UA,TG,LDL-C and WBC were independent influencing factors of CHD in premenopausal women.Diabetes duration,UA,TG and WBC were independent influencing factors of CHD in postmenopausal women.Conclusion:1 Fasting glucose(FBG),diabetes duration,UA and the incidence of dyslipidemia in women with T2DM and CHD were statistically significantly higher than those in women with T2DM but no CHD,especially in postmenopausal women.2 Metabolic disorders of blood lipid and uric and inflammation are the risk factors of coronary disease in premenopausal and postmenopausal women. We should pay attention to them and prevent early. |
