Research Progress Of ROS1 Target In Malignant Tumors

Malignant tumors is one of the major threats to human health.Many patients are at the advanced stage of tumors when they visit the clinic.Traditional radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgical treatment have limited effects on improving patients’ prognosis.With the constant development of molecular biology,targeted therapy of malignant tumors has become the focus of current research.ROS1 has been proved to be one of the most promising targets.ROS1 gene rearrangement exists in various malignant tumors.The research on ROS1 target mainly focuses on non-small cell lung cancer.Although breakthroughs have been made in the development and application of targeted drugs,there are still many problems that need to be resolved.This article mainly reviewed the research progress of ROS1 fusion gene in non-small cell lung cancer and the expression of ROS1 target in other malignant tumors.
