Purpose:Thyroid dysfunction is a common clinical disease. At the same time,it is also recognized as a typical psychosomatic disorder.Hyperthyroidism and hypotyroidism are its main types. This topic is based on the perspective of endocrinology and psychology. To evaluate and research the psychological state of the patients with thyroid dys function in the outpatient clinicl.Method:A total of 84 patients with abnormal thyroid function from November 2017 to February 2018 were collected,50 patients with Graves’ disease were included in the hyperthyroidism group,16 patients with hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were included in the hypothyroidism group. At the same time.30 patients with normal thyroid function were collected as control group. The psychological state of the patients was assessed with PHQ-9,GAD-7,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale. The data collected were analyzed with SPSS 12.0statistical software.Result:In patients with abnormal thyroid function, the GAD-7 score that count as anxiety is 13.6% out of all patients, the proportion is 31.8% in PHQ-9,and the Hamilton anxiety is 24.2%.The Hamilton Depression Scale scores Depressive is30.3%,and in patients with normal thyroid function, the proportions are 6.67%,7.33%,10.6%,and 8.66%.The patients who participated in the survey were interviewed a month later.Among them,35 patients are effective in treating thyroid dysfunction, and 31 were in no significant effect. The anxiety of GAD-7,PHQ-9,and Hamilton in the two groups was calculated. The mean and standard deviation(x±s)of the total scores of the scale and the Hamilton Depression Scale were analyzed using the t-test and it was found that there was a difference between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the outpatient thyroid dysfunction patients of this survey, compared with the outpatients with normal thyroid function, the patient’s prevalence of emotional fluctuations and anxiety-depression mental state are commonly seen through the incidence statistics. In patients with subsequent treatment of thyroid diseases, patients with an anxiety-depression condition will have a worse prognosis than patients without anxiety-depression,affecting the effectiveness of treatment, and reducing the rate of recovery of patients.
