Objective:Pneumoconiosis is the most serious chronic lung disease in China,with a high disability rate and high mortality.At the same time,China is one of the countries with high incidence of pneumoconiosis,the number of dust exposure,the incidence of pneumoconiosis,and the prevalence of pneumoconiosis in the world.Pneumoconiosis has not only brought negative social effects,but also caused great economic losses.The occupational exposure assessment method and risk analysis method of pneumoconiosis are studied in this paper.The research content is related to people health,occupational safety,social harmony,stability and sustainable development,etc.All this contents belong to the current occupational health,environment science and risk management of science research's hot topic.Method:First,this paper presents a workplace exposure risk assessment method of coal dust,determine the relationship between exposure and the cause through risk identification and epidemiological data,then use logistic regression model analyzing the leading causes of disease:coal dust concentration and coal dust workers work year,make probability forecast of the coal workers'pneumoconiosis incidence,get evidences for dust exposed workers'pneumoconiosis disease risk assessment.Then make risk assessment analysis of pneumoconiosis caused by coal dust in SINOPEC Tianjin Company,Thermoelectric fuel workshop.Finally,we obtain etiologies corresponding pneumoconiosis incidence and risk probability value under different condition,provides effective reference for the credentials of the company.In the end,this paper implements a set of risk management mode for the management software of production dust,which is beneficial to the dust occupational exposure monitoring and the risk early warning of pneumoconiosis.Result:In coal dust case,according to the result in the risk characterization,as the 30years seniority,on-the-job worker do not wear protective gear,such as masks,2#and3#belt inspection work,and 4#belt inspection workers exposed to the risk of coal dust is higher than 1×10-3 levels,they needs to take measures to reduce risk.For occupational exposure to PVC dust caused by pulmonary function abnormalities and DR chest X-ray examination results,combined with 2014 PVC dust test results,analysis of packaging station should first strengthen the sealing packing line,and the need to further strengthen monitoring of polyvinyl chloride?PVC?dust,and implement effective management measures,in order to achieve the effective control of the risk.Conclusion:This paper shows the coal dust workplace occupational-disease-inductive risk assessment methods,can mainly used in coal dust workplaces occupational hazard evaluation,operation risk management and the pneumoconiosis disease prevention and control of coal,coal dust,occupational health surveillance of occupational exposures crowd.This method can work in a construction project occupational disease hazard assessment of application,meet the requirements of occupational health evaluation for evaluation method,in engineering,health care,organization and management of specific risk control measures are proposed from the aspects such as advice,provide technical basis for enterprises to implement risk management,to ensure the occupational health of coal dust exposed population has important significance.This paper established the productive dust registration measures for the management and risk management and control mode,achieve the pneumoconiosis disease monitoring and early warning of high-risk groups,expect to breakthrough the key technology of pneumoconiosis high-risk groups'monitoring and forecast warning.Research and application of this technology can guide how to manage risk more efficiently,to control and eliminate occupational hazards,occupational disease prevention,protection of laborers'health.It also has significant social benefits for the economic development.
