| Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of dry eye evidence-based according to lack,this study applies the method of Meta analysis of randomized controlled clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye system evaluation,and to explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye,evidence-based evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye in the future.At the same time,the results of Meta analysis were used to study the clinical randomized controlled trial in the treatment of dry eyes.Methods:1.Retrieving CNKI database,ten thousand the Pubmed database,weipu database,and relevant literature about traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye,retrieval time in 2007 and 2007,according to include and exclude standard document screening,get into literature.The quality of the literature was evaluated by the improved Jadad scale in Banares2002.Finally,RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the total efficiency,efficiency,tear secretion test,tear film rupture time and corneal fluorescein staining.When heterogeneity was high,subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed.Funnel plot was used to analyze the bias of the inclusion literature.2.70 patients were included in the outpatient dry eye,which were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group by random number table method.The experimental group was given a partial eye of sodium hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the control group.The course of treatment was 4weeks,followed up once a week.The changes of clinical symptom score,tear secretion,tear film rupture time and corneal fluorescence staining were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Finally,13 papers were included in the research literature,all of which were Chinese literatures.Three of them are of high quality literature,10 of which are of low quality.13 articles were all mention total effective rate,12 articles mentioned efficiency,12 articles mentioned tear secretion,12 articles mentioned-rupture time,8articles mentioned corneal fluorescein staining.In terms of clinical total effective rate,according to the pure Chinese medicine internal medicine,oral medicine combined western medicine group,pure Chinese medicine external treatment groups subgroup analysis,the results of Meta analysis hint: pure Chinese medicine group take orally OR = 2.09,95% confidence interval(CI)to(1.31,1.31),the Z value is 3.07,P =0.002;The western medicine group OR=11.74,95% confidence interval(CI)was(6.30,21.88),and the Z value was 7.76,P<0.00001;OR=2.33,95% confidence interval(CI)was(1.65,3.29),and Z value was 4.92,P<0.00001.In the clinical efficiency,pure Chinese medicine internal medicine,oral medicine combined western medicine group,pure Chinese medicine external treatment groups subgroup analysis,the results of Meta analysis hint: pure Chinese medicine group take orally OR = 4.06,95% confidence interval(CI)to(2.52,2.52),the Z value is 5.75,P < 0.00001;The western medicine group OR=2.80,95% confidence interval(CI)was(2.01,3.90),and the Z value was 6.11,P<0.00001;OR=3.26,95% confidence interval(CI)was(2.27,4.68),and Z value was 6.42,P<0.00001.In terms of tear secretion,the results of Meta analysis indicated that: OR=1.51,95% confidence interval(CI)was(0.52,2.49),and Z value was 3.00,and P=0.003.In terms of tear film rupture time,the results of Meta analysis suggested that OR=1.29,95% confidence interval(CI)was(0.72,1.86),and Z value was 4.44,P<0.00001.In the aspect of corneal fluorescence staining,the results of meta-analysis suggested that: OR=-0.51,95% confidence interval(CI)was(-0.92,-0.09),and Z value was 2.38,P=0.02.2.During the test,3 cases were lost and 2 cases were lost.Two cases were lost in the control group,2 cases were lost,and 1 case was eliminated by self-use of other drugs.Into the final testing of 60 cases with 120 eyes,clear liver fumigant joint sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye the total effective rate of93%,and can increase the tear secretion(P < 0.05),prolonged-rupture(P < 0.05),and improve the corneal fluorescein staining(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.In terms of total efficiency and efficiency,combining traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine with artificial tear is effective in the treatment of dry eyes.2.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial tears may be effective in increasing the amount of tear secretion,lengthening the rupture time of tear film,and improving the staining of corneal fluorescein.3.The eye treatment of the eyes with sodium hyaluronate combined with sodium hyaluronate were effective in the treatment of dry eyes,and the experimental group was superior to the control group in the overall efficacy and efficiency.4.The effect of Qingganmingmur and sodium hyaluronate was better than that of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the improvement of dry eyes,white eyes red eyes and foreign body.5.In addition,the effect of the eyes of the combined sodium hyaluronate andQingganmingmu was better than that of sodium hyaluronate in theBUT. |
