Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the recurrent polyp and the physical condition of patients with recurrent polyps by means of multiple modern techniques.Method:We refer to the standard of "classification and determination of constitution of TCM" promulgated by the Chinese traditional medicine society in 2009 to formulate the relevant questionnaire, and use the clinical epidemiological survey method to carry out the questionnaire survey of the patients who meet the standard, and then conduct the physical evaluation after summarizing. Then,a database was established to analyze the physical distribution of recurrent intestinal polyps.Results:(1)In this survey, men accounted for 66.67% of the total number of men,33.33% of the total number of women and 2:1 ratio of men and women. The youngest is 20 years old and the oldest is 81.(2)In the survey of 90 people, the number of people who relapsed one time was 76,accounting for 84.44% of the total number, and the number of people who relapsed twice was 12,accounting for 13.33%,and the number of patients who relapsed three times or more, accounting for 2.22% of the total.(3)The survey of 90 people of Chinese medicine constitutional type: deficiency of 42 cases(46.67%),hot and humid mass 26 cases(28.89%),blood stasis 7 cases(7.78%),phlegmy wet mass 6 cases(6.67%),qi depression mass 6 cases(6.67%),Yang deficiency in 2 cases,(2.22%).1 case of Yin deficiency(1.11%).(4)There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM constitution types in different age groups(P<0.05): the body under the age of 60 was mainly qi deficiency(34.89%),moisture and heat(25.58%),blood stasis(13.95%),and qi and depression(11.62%).Above 60 years old,the constitution was mainly qi deficiency(57.45%),humid heat(31.91%)and phlegm(4.2%).(5)There was a significant difference between the number of relapses and the distribution of TCM constitution types(P<0.05): the physical type of TCM was mainly qi deficiency, which was 52.63%.The type of TCM constitution of patients with recurrence 2 times and above was mainly wet and hot(41.67%,100%).(6)There was no statistical difference between the type of TCM and the gender, smoking history, residence, number of polyps and pathological types of patients with recurrent intestinal polyp.Conclusions:(1)The majority of patients with relapsed intestinal polyps were male, and the elderly were mostly elderly.(2)The types of TCM constitution of patients with recurrent intestinal polyps were qi deficiency.(3)There is a correlation between TCM constitution type and age group, and the above 60 years old is mainly characterized by qi deficiency, moist heat and phlegm.Under the age of 60,it is characterized by qi deficiency, dampness, heat, blood stasis and gas.(4)The physical type of TCM was related to the frequency of recurrence, and the physical type of recurrence was mainly qi deficiency, and the physical type of recurrence 2 times and above was mainly wet and hot..(5)There was no correlation between physical type and patient's gender, smoking history, residence, number of polyps and pathological type.
